Chicken thighs with potatoes in green onions

Ingredients

Chicken thighs (and drumsticks, probably, you can. And small legs ...) 4 things.
Potato 8 pcs. medium-sized
Green onion more
Sour cream 150-200 g
Garlic if desired, I put 4 large cloves
Greens as much as you like
Bitter pepper taste

Cooking method

  • I warmed up the slow cooker, put chicken thighs in a dry bowl, fried on both sides, took out, salted and pepper. I cut the potatoes into half-centimeter-thick "dimes", put them in a multicooker bowl, fried them to a beautiful crust on one side, turned them over, poured a lot of green onions on top. I closed the lid and cooked and stewed for 10 minutes. Stirred. Moving the potatoes and onions aside, I laid the thighs on the bottom of the bowl, covered them with potatoes on top (Probably, you can put the chicken on top too.). Stir the sour cream with salt, pepper, chopped herbs and garlic and spread it over the potatoes. Stewed for 10 minutes.

Note

Why stewed onions. Because mainly onion arrows went into the dish. They are very juicy, tasty, but they ask for heat treatment.

I cooked it in a slow cooker today. And before that I fried everything on the stove, put it in a mold and baked it for 10 minutes in the microwave. You can, of course, bake in the oven, but then it is worth diluting a little sour cream.

The recipe turned out by itself - due to the abundance of green onions ...
