Cupcake Bourgeois

Ingredients

eggs (large) 3 pcs
granulated sugar 125 g
butter 130 g
wheat flour c. from 150 g
coconut flakes 100 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
White chocolate 65 g
salt pinch
baking powder 10 g
canned pineapple 250 g

Cooking method

  • Melt the chocolate along with the butter. Cool down.
  • Dry canned pineapple and cut into small pieces.
  • Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy white foam (about three minutes). Add the butter and chocolate mass and beat a little more.
  • Add coconut flakes, flour mixed with salt and baking powder. Stir with a mixer at the lowest speed.
  • Add pineapple slices.
  • Grease the form with butter, lay out the dough.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180C degrees for about 40 minutes (be guided by your oven). The toothpick comes out dry from the finished cake.
  • Leave the finished cake in the form for 10 minutes, then carefully remove and cool on the wire rack.
  • Have a nice tea!

I found a can of canned pineapples, a piece of white chocolate and a package of coconut flakes in the bins of my homeland (still remember why I bought it?). I scratched my turnips and couldn’t think of anything better how to bake a cake out of all this, especially since there was nothing at home for tea at that time.
It turned out very tasty, honestly. The "non-lovers" of coconut and pineapple were very pleased.
