Yesterday I became the owner of the new Polaris 0527ad assistant.
After the already obsolete Brand 37502, the new beauty seemed to me very smart and advanced.
From the so far tested charlotte in the Baking mode for 1 hour and chicken liver with vegetables on a multi-cook.
Maybe there are still owners of this device?

I bought it in Chelyabinsk at Rembyttehnika for 3899 rubles.

Polina, where did you buy it?
SupercoW
The multicooker Polaris 0527D is a close relative of the multicooker PMC 0517AD, and therefore I did not find significant functional differences in these two devices. However, there are still a couple of innovations.

Model 0527 has 20 cooking modes: BAKING, SOUP, STEWING, FRYING, BAKING, PASTA, YOGHURT, COOKING, STEAMING, MILK Porridge, CEREALS, HEATING, FLOW, PIZZA, BROWNING, TINCTURE, BREAD, BUTTER FRIED , Oatmeal. Compared to model 0517, there are five new cooking modes: THILLING, TINCTURE, BREAD, OIL FRYING, SOTA. But the BEAN mode is gone.

The BREAD mode immediately interested me very much. This is a two-stage mode. The first stage is proofing, the second stage is baking. You do not need to first turn on the mode suitable for proving the dough, then, upon a signal, run and turn on the mode for baking. Everything is collected in one mode.

The STEAM and TINCTURE modes, in theory, should cook as in a slow cooker. Let's see what will please.

We'll deal with the rest along the way. But even with a cursory study, I can say that the Polaris 0527D multicooker is trying to combine several excellent kitchen appliances. We'll soon find out whether it worked or not.

There are already familiar to everyone in the multicooker: maintaining the temperature for 24 hours, a delay timer for up to 24 hours, saving the program in case of a power failure.

From relatively new we have the cancellation of automatic heating. Also, a relatively new, but pleasant additions include the disabling of multicooker sounds. And there is also a convenient option - changing the time and temperature during the cooking process.

The multicooker Polaris 0527D will delight its owners with a THREE-STEP COOKER. The bottom line is that food preparation can be programmed in three steps.

suddenly someone has long wanted to buy, but hesitated to ask ...

Multicooker Polaris 0527AD Multicooker Polaris 0527AD

Even in spite of the fact that I took my simplest wheat bread recipe for experiments, the result turned out to be excellent - a tall, round, golden loaf. The homemade bread from the multicooker liked more than from the bread machine. I won't say that the taste is different, no. But the crust and crumb are definitely different in structure. The crust is crisper, the crumb is more fluffy. Recently I bake bread only in a new slow cooker.

The process of making bread in the BREAD mode in the Polaris 0527D multicooker is divided into two stages. The first stage - proofing of the dough, takes place at a temperature of 35 degrees, the second stage - baking, is carried out at a temperature of 150 degrees.

The time at the first stage is adjustable from 30 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes, at the second stage - from 30 minutes to 2 hours. The adjustment step is 5 minutes.

Recipe:
- wheat flour 600 g
- sugar 4 tsp.
- salt 1.5 tsp.
- yeast 1.5 tsp.
- water 370 ml.
- sunflower oil 1.5 tbsp. l.

Mode: BREAD + BAKING
Time: 1.5 hours + 1 hour + 30 minutes + kneading

My flour is the most common (no name). EXTRA salt. Dry, instant Lviv yeast.

During the kneading process, you may need to adjust the flour / water ratio. Everyone's water is different, so is the flour. For manual kneading, first put dry products, then everything wet. Kneading was not at all difficult and not long. I tried to repeat the kneading algorithm in a bread maker - kneaded to approximate homogeneity, let the dough rest a little under a towel (about 20 minutes) and mash again. All. After that, we transfer the dough into the multicooker bowl and turn on the BREAD mode.

By analogy with the bread maker, I set the first stage for proofing - 1.5 hours, for baking - the second stage - 1 hour. We turn on the mode by pressing the START sensor. After switching on, press the START sensor again to cancel the transition to automatic heating.

After completing the BREAD for beauty mode, turn the bread over and in the BAKING mode bake the top for 30 minutes until golden brown.

Recently, for a change, I have been adding various usefulness to this recipe: flax seed, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds. It always turns out very tasty.
lamb
Tell me, what are the disadvantages of this multi? I choose between 17, 23 and 27 models.
SupercoW
lamb, well, you have found between what to choose !!! three excellent models ... how to choose here!
in fact, I always said that if you decided on the size of the multicooker and the price, then an important parameter comes next - design. you need to take the one that you like more externally.

Unfortunately, I did not hold the 23rd in my hands, but I really like it externally. I won't say anything about the functionality, since I don't know anything. about 17 and 27 - it's almost the same model, but I personally like the design of the 27th more.

I didn't find any cons, I cook a lot in it. Perhaps the only negative for me is that when I fill the bowl with enough food for my family, the cartoon is shocked and does not always cope. but the multi-cook is right there and immediately helps out.

those programs that I constantly use work correctly. Well, except that EXTINGUISHING is very quiet, perhaps too much.

what else ... in terms of functions, I like 0527 more. There are, of course, extra programs, but from the BREAD mode I quietly mute. and from Plov. and a three-stage MULTIPOOK will save well in almost any situation.

ah-ah remembered what else was unusual after my budget multicooker (and I think this is a minus) in modes where you need to wait for water to boil (PASTA, ON STEAM) after boiling water 0527 emits a signal that the water is boiling and it's time to throw food ... so, in my budget multicooker, the cartoon will beep until I drop the food and press the STAR button again, well, it seems like I confirm that you can continue cooking ... at 0527, a signal is given to boil, it seems 10 times it will beep , they say, throw dumplings at me, and immediately there is cooking. and I often visit the yard and cannot hear this signal in time. because the first time it was unusual and unpleasant. now I'm used to it and everything is ok.
SupercoW
I regularly make goat cheese.
polaris with multi-cook helps a lot.

Diana
SupercoW, but could you briefly write how you make goat cheese, otherwise I do not know how. And I really want to. Please!
kiara-25
Yeah, it's interesting about the cheese, so cute
Larra
SupercoW, write a recipe please, it looks very appetizing))), but from another milk you can?
SupercoW
girls, briefly did not work ... brevity is not my virtue.
issued a recipe - Cheese in a slow cooker.

I use the same technology from goat's milk and from cow's milk. always tasty.
lamb
perhaps the only negative for me is that when I fill the bowl with enough food to be enough for my family, the cartoon is shocked and does not always cope
How much is the maximum ready-made dish? There are two of us adults, the oldest is 10, the average is almost 2, and soon the youngest will be born. I hope this volume is enough for us !? I read somewhere that the soup is no more than 3 good liters ...
Alexandra7773
Girls, good evening, please tell me, in the multicooker Polaris 0527 porridge: rice, oatmeal on a delayed start are tasty?
Ligra
Alexandra7773, for all Polaris the algorithms of the programs are similar, the porridge is cooked well, it does not run away, it turns out tasty (it also depends on which products you put in), you can not dilute the milk during cooking.
SupercoW
Alexandra7773, I recently resumed the preparation of milk porridge on a delay. everything's OK. in my opinion, the taste is the same as without delay - delicious. and I also remove the heating. so that the porridge is not boiling water, but so that you can eat. super.
Alexandra7773
Excellent, soon I will also cook porridge in a slow cooker, I ordered today,
finally, I chose her within 3 months, the only one, uff ... tired of choosing ..., I'm glad this torment ... is over))
Alexandra7773
Girls, did you buy a second cup for her?
Anastasenok
I bought a bowl from Redmond. The regular one began to adhere to death.
SupercoW
Alexandra7773, cups you can choose from me here... many different bowls are suitable for 0527.
Alexandra7773
And is it a redmond bowl with handles? They say a good and superbly suitable bowl for frying and baking tefal from redmond rip a 2, but it's a pity that it has no handles
SupercoW
if we assume that REDMOND M90 is practically twin of POLARIS 0517 (0527), then we can assume that the REDMOND RB-C512 bowl should fit. in addition Anastasenok writes that the Redmond bowl has approached, most likely we are talking about this particular bowl.or alternatively bowl RB-C502 (RIP-C2). if we are talking about ceramics.

if we are talking about non-stick, then really RB-A501 (RIP-A2) should do. although I don’t understand what is the point of taking twice as expensive as a redmond, if the Polaris has a 0501 bowl at an absolutely attractive price and with excellent coating quality.

h. s. I frankly do not like the REDMOND firm, although I also do their cups.
Anastasenok
I bought RIP A2. Polaris' ceramics have frankly served little. And it's lighter than a redmond bowl. By the way, the staff member served for three months. And the fourth serves as a replaceable one. And everything is like new. I bought it for 790 rubles. The officials have it more expensive.

I liked it better with the new bowl.
Alexandra7773
Thank you Anastasenok, you confirmed to me with your practice that the Teflon bowl from Redmond is of high quality and durable, as soon as the multicooker is brought in, I will immediately order it.
Ligra
Girls bowl Polaris pip 0501 is Teflon, which is not worse in quality than Redmond bowls, as I already wrote to you SupercoW, the weight of the Polaris bowls is the same as the Redmond bowls, and the price is more attractive.
Alexandra7773
Ah .. teflon! I understand, thank you
Ligra
Alexandra7773, to health, at the very bowl 0501.

Does the 0527 model have touch programs? And can it be deep-fried in it? Another question, is there a steel bowl for her?
SupercoW
Quote: quince

And can you deep-fry in it?
there is a frying mode in OIL, there are no baskets for frying in oil.
I personally have not tried this mode, I am not fond of this, therefore I can not say anything about it. although it became even curious ... what can you try to cook on it? except for fries.

Quote: quince

Another question, is there a steel bowl for her?
there is a steel bowl. I have here.
Quote: quince

Does the 0527 model have touch programs?
what does sensory programs mean? who know when to turn off?
if we are talking about auto modes, then there are no such modes in polaris 0527. but it has never stopped me. nothing has burned yet. maybe because I already roughly know the time and put it right myself ...
all my other slow cookers are just with auto modes. I will not say that cooking porridge at 0527 is inconvenient. now, in general, I cook more often only in this slow cooker, and my old people are resting more and more often.

not quite rightly answered. Here is a quote from the instructions for cooking whole grain cereals in water (KRUPA mode):
This program is automatic. If the product is ready before the set time (which is controlled by the presence of water in the bowl), the multicooker will automatically interrupt the cooking process
the same is written about the PLOV mode.

it turns out that you can not pay attention to the cooking time, the multicooker should turn off by itself when it realizes that it's time ...
AlenaDS
here's a bowl that I bought from Polino for a long time. Metal. In Polaris Fry mode, you can fry French fries. Frying in oil mode. I also use this bowl in the "old" Orion multicooker. Multicooker Polaris 0527AD

in the "frying in oil" mode, you can fry donuts, pour at least 300 ml of oil into the bowl. Homemade whites. And so that the oil does not "fly" in all directions, I cover it with a towel. And I fry with the lid open. True, I don't eat this myself, I can't fried, but my husband and children praise donuts.
SupercoW
AlenaDS, honey, well teach !!! I still can do this and I don’t care about the figure. I devour I love to eat. donuts have long dreamed of learning how to make.

Polinochka, I took the recipe here 🔗 With photos, pictures, step by step recipe. Its essence: Eggs

Soda
1/2
teaspoon
Vinegar
1
tea spoon
(for extinguishing soda)
Flour

r
Powdered sugar
2
tablespoons
Vegetable oil

ml. Mix eggs with condensed milk. Add soda, slaked with vinegar, mix. Then add flour in portions and knead a tough dough that should not stick too much to your hands. Roll out a tourniquet with a diameter of three centimeters from the dough and cut it three centimeters into pieces. Roll them into balls. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl. The amount of oil depends on the volume of the bowl.Switch on the "Fry", "Oil Fry" or "Multi Cook" mode (at maximum temperature). When the oil is hot, fry the donuts on both sides until golden brown. When frying, donuts expand in volume. Put the finished donuts on a paper towel and blot off excess oil. Sprinkle the slightly cooled donuts with icing sugar. Once again, when I cook, I will take pictures. ) There are some donut ring attachments. But as I imagine that you need to stuff the dough into this "syringe" for donuts ... it's easier for me to make them like round buns. The idea came to mind by accident. I scored on the Internet: donuts in a slow cooker, gave out a bunch of recipes. I take them out of the multicooker with a slotted spoon when they are ready. Fry them for just a couple of minutes.

well ... just a little for now.

cooked ... mmmm ... I don't know what it's called. always thought it was boiled pork, but now she doubted. can meatloaf: pork apron, stuffed with garlic, coated with goodies and spices, wrapped in a roll, tightly bound and in a slow cooker. in POLARIS 0527 this was the BAKE mode.
Multicooker Polaris 0527AD

tried to make a normal mazzarella. not young, as in the cheese recipe, but dense. Well, what can I tell you, I was worn out, burned the hands of herself and her husband, cursed everything in the world and vowed to cook her again. but to be honest, it turned out delicious.

but learned how to make hard cheese. from meito. to taste - something in between Russian and Dutch. melts - tested on hot buffers on PIZZA mode. now I only make such cheese.
Multicooker Polaris 0527AD

Well, I also like to bake bread in this cartoon, there are simply no words how I like it. I even knead the dough with my handles for this. in the instragram I found a recipe for a delicious wheat-rye bread. increased the portion as usual, added a little rye flour and ... in short, now I bake it very often.

These are the teasers so far.
nlili
SupercoW, Polinochka - what goodies !!!
and yeast bread or sourdough bread?
and about hard cheese, more details, please,
This is my weakness !
SupercoW
the bread is still yeast. on sourdough is my dream, but I still can't get myself together and study this issue. I understand that there seems to be nothing complicated, but all the same ... if I do something, then first I study the issue so that my hair stands on end. and for this now there is not enough strength. so while I'm cooking with yeast.

I'll tell you about cheese. started writing on my blog, it turned out very succinctly (three articles). When I add it, I'll bring it to the forum right away. there is nothing complicated at all. I was surprised myself.
kiara-25
Polina, can I have a bread recipe, please?
SupercoW
Wheat-rye bread.
- water - 100 gr;
- milk - 400 gr;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. l .;
- eggs - 2 pcs (or 7 quail);
- wheat flour - 315 gr;
- rye flour - 315 gr;
- dry yeast - 3 tsp;
- sugar - 4 tbsp. l .;
- extra salt - 3 tsp.

I take a little less sugar (3 tbsp. L), otherwise I have some kind of very sweet sugar and it tastes sweet, although it is still very tasty.

First, pour liquid into a bowl, then loose. Mix well, but do not knead until smooth... The dough is very tight and sticky. Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes. Stir again, a little better than the first time, but still not for long and without fanaticism. Lubricate the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil, put the dough in the bowl.
BREAD-1 stage 1h30min; BREAD-2 stage 1 hour. At the signal, turn the bread and BAKERY over for 30 minutes.

I would never have thought that bread with the addition of rye flour could be made so easily with HANDS.
nlili
Polinochka, haven't seen each other for a long time!
Thanks for the recipe, I must try it too!
but I can't do pilaf in Polaris,
in Libertos I do well, but here I can't adapt
can anyone share a secret?
