Chicken fillet 1 kg
Butter 150 g
Parsley 1 bundle
Garlic 2 cloves
Hard cheese 100 g
Eggs 2 pcs
Breadcrumbs 200 g
Rast. oil 3 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • My wife has asked for a long time to buy a slow cooker. I was skeptical about buying an electric pan, but I still agreed.
  • The choice fell almost immediately on the Mirta MC 2211 multicooker (they bought a huge number of auto-cooking programs (39 programs in total), and an adequate price! Cups for yoghurt and a double boiler were a nice addition.
  • Apart from the multicooker, we took out of the box one of the most interesting things in the set - a recipe book and began to choose what to cook for the first time.
  • I chose the recipe "Chicken Breasts with Cheese Filling" - an approximate analogue of Kiev cutlets. We bought everything we needed and started cooking. Since we bought more ingredients than is written in the recipe, two cutlets did not fit into the multicooker and we decided to cook them in a frying pan. I tried cutlets from a frying pan and from a multicooker: it immediately became clear that for many years I had not eaten what I wanted. In a slow cooker, the cutlets were cooked evenly on all sides and had a tender soft crust, and quite edible, but not so appetizing ordinary cutlets came off the pan.

  • Such beauty is prepared like this:
  • Grate cheese and butter. Finely chop the parsley and mix with crushed garlic, cheese and butter. Make balls from the resulting mass and put them in the freezer for 20 minutes.
  • Cut each piece of chicken fillet not to the end, cover with foil and beat off. Season with salt and pepper. Put the butter mass on top, roll it up and stab with a toothpick. Cover with plastic wrap and return to freezer for 15 minutes.
  • Turn on the multicooker to the FRY mode from Menu2 and pour in the vegetable oil. Dip the fillets in the egg, then the breadcrumbs and fry the breasts on it on all sides until golden brown.
