Puff pastries with meat and cabbage in a Steba SG40 sandwich maker

Ingredients

Mixed minced meat 500gr.
Cabbage 400gr.
Onion 1 (large)
Garlic, crushed 2-3 teeth
Ground coriander 0.5 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1-2 tsp
Ground black pepper pinch
Puff pastry without yeast 1 kg.

Cooking method

  • In general, the amount of filling is calculated as much as 32 pieces, that is, for 1 kg. puff pastry!
  • And the filling is like this. If you have ever eaten Korean people, then you will surely enjoy them. Cabbage and meat filling always turns out to be very tasty. But, for some reason, they cook for a couple and for a pretty decent time, but we have only 20 minutes for everything about everything. Cabbage would not have arrived, especially the current winter cabbage. What have I done:
  • The cabbage was finely chopped on the Berner and salted (about 0.5 tsp. Salt). Thoroughly squeezed and rubbed it so that it loosened up. She put it aside and got busy with minced meat. I have beef with pork + 1 onion, chopped in a blender bowl. Then she poured the cabbage with water, rubbed it there and squeezed it out, it became soft. Everything, cabbage in minced meat and add spices, soy sauce, garlic and salt. Mix thoroughly. Girls, this is not a filling, but a pure treasure !!!
  • Defrost the dough as indicated on the package. For those who don't know - in the Steba SG40 sandwich maker you can bake 8 pies at the same time. For this we need 250g. test. We roll it out into a long layer and divide it in half. Each layer must correspond to the size of the plate in the sandwich maker. Place the first layer of dough on the heated plate, spread the filling in the cells and cover with the second layer. Make sure that the dough does not come out over the edges of the mold. You can just tuck it inward. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
  • For the stuffing of raw minced meat, I do not recommend taking the puff-yeast dough. It bakes very quickly and the filling does not have time to cook. This filling turns out to be very juicy and tasty! Try it, you will like it, I'm sure!
  • The taste is something between the filling for the pegod and one of the "chumi" for Cooksey!
  • Puff pastries with meat and cabbage in a Steba SG40 sandwich maker
  • Bon Appetit!

The dish is designed for

32 pieces

Note

Actually, I posted this recipe precisely because of the filling. Painfully, it turns out delicious!

Flax, Super! But this phrase "something between a filling for a pegodya and one of the" chums "for Kuksi" is finally, for the gifted
in what way I dragged it away, otherwise the pie-maker is coming to me too

Elena Tim
Thank you, Svetulyok! And I really thought that your Shtebochka had already arrived. And when will it be?

Boom cracking your yummy and washing it down with spicy and aromatic broth.

Lenok, super. This is the first thing I will cook when my Shteba comes. I sometimes add cabbage to the minced meat for manti, it turns out juicy and tasty. On the new grater, which we all ordered here, the cabbage turns out to be super thin

your alien blah blah blah
Lyudochka, yes, I almost confused people with my show off!
Girls, no matter how mysterious it sounds in the description, I want to warn you that the taste of this filling does not have an obvious Asian "direction". It's just that the combination "meat-cabbage-coriander-garlic" is awesomely tasty. Moreover, salted and soaked (rinsed and squeezed) cabbage itself is very different from just fresh, and gives the minced meat a very pleasant taste. The filling is not at all spicy, not sour, as one would expect from the mention of Korean cuisine. But it should be like that. And according to your own taste, you can add, for example, red hot pepper to the minced meat.

and wash it down with spicy and fragrant broth.
When she baked samsa, my mother always cooked a strong broth for her and served with herbs. And papa in his portion added a little vinegar for sourness, garlic and hot pepper. The scent was soooo, sho mamadaragaya!

Tanyul, straight into the minced meat or when ready? We add carrots to the ready-made ones, right into the rift. Now we must add chimchushka (your kimchushka). I'll dial Peking - I'll put on chimchushki, otherwise I miss you already.

Yeah, yeah, sizable, and pork with beef and cabbage are baked ...
Not that word, Mannyun! How baked! Just pass the meat through the fine grate of the meat grinder. And the cabbage didn't go anywhere, it was already properly prepared. And raw, I'm not sure I would have made it. Unless, very young when, green. But to taste, as you already read, it will differ from salty.
Mannochka, if it's not difficult for you, when you bake pies, take a picture, pliz, where are you sticking napkins there. This is for me just in case, Schaub was Otherwise, I’ll fail, for no reason, no reason, I’ll collapse from the oak again and buy Caesar again!

all sorts of overseas words, this is wooh ...
Yeah, Gal, I remembered yesterday the mustache "overseas" words when I saw what this Caesar had done! True, I have forgotten a little bit of Korean curses for 20 years, but I have sparred in Uzbek ... oooh!
The Uzbeks would be envious of my knowledge of their abusive folklore!

How to make this kimchi?
Elena Tim
Tuta Tanyulina kimchushka, Lyud!
I also need to lay out my chimchushka. I have simplified the recipe so much that now it's a piece of cake to do it!
kirch
Thank you. Lay it out. I’ll ask my husband today, he’s a Korean cuisine guy, but he never cooked kimchi. I looked, we will definitely like it
Elena Tim

You are wiping the oil with salkhvetochki there, and I just wipe it with good ones!
Why waste time on trifles ...
Manna
I came back. Prati, shta long - distracted me
Let's say so. Well, you already know that I removed the panel a long time ago.(I am excused for being unwashed)
Puff pastries with meat and cabbage in a Steba SG40 sandwich maker
This is where I put the napkins. Including in the pockets on both sides - they just collect the oil - there is nowhere for it to flow out.
By the way, Lenus, since yours is so filled with oil, maybe you should do as I did - heat the sandwich maker, and put it on the barrel on napkins so that what has got into the case flows out?
Elena Tim
Quote: Manna
heat a sandwich maker and put it on a barrel on napkins so that what has got into the case will drain out?
And that's exactly what I did at midnight! Where do you think I got two buckets of butter now ?!
Pralna, IZ-NUT-RE !!!
And I, you know, thought that the plate itself was rising and you slipped napkins under it. Hospadya, I almost tore it off! I think Choyt, Mannka has napkins there, but I don't! Disorder! Well, I didn't pull out the plate by the roots, I thought better of it in time!
Thank you, my friend, for your help! Give me a kiss in your rosy cheeks!
Manna
No, you can also unscrew the plates. But the point is to stick napkins there - they will light up
Elena Tim
Nudanuda ... I was thinking about it, and how, they say, do they not burn with you?
Is it true that you can twist a record? I really want to wash everything inside!
Manna
Lenus, I did not understand completely. But there are screws in the bottom. I don't know if there are seals
Elena Tim
No, then I won't risk it, otherwise it's a pity if I break it. Something worthwhile!
kirch
Flax, did you accidentally leak not from the filling? Well, to be ready for me
Elena Tim
People, the filling leaked too, but only from Caesar. My mother warned me for a long time that Caesar does not stick well. She made samsa in the oven, so it all opened up. But I thought that in the sandwich maker, it seemed, everything was pressed and should not leak. And then everything was superimposed on one another: the dough is thick (I made only eight pieces from a whole package) and the filling is juicy, so, rising, the dough pressed on the filling, squeezing out all the juice. Yes, from the dough itself, the oil ran in three streams! And with Zvezdny everything was okay. Juice just ran out of two pies just a little, but it didn't skip outside the mold!
Linadoc
Len, well you, as always - well done, well, such deliciousness!
I also drain the oil "sideways", and do nothing else, nothing burns afterwards.
galchonok
Elena, wonderful recipe! I made the filling separately from cabbage and separately from meat, but not from cabbage with meat. Thank you for the idea of cooking cabbage in the filling (I liked it very much) - I'll have to cook it!
Elena Tim
Thank you, Linuskin! Well, now I have to accept it and just drain. I thought it would smoke, but if so, then well, it's nafik! Not visible, but okay!

Check mark, Thank you! Prepare of course! This is delicious!
Manna

Nah, nothing smokes, don't even think
kirch
And to drain, be sure to unscrew the socket?
Elena Tim
And, by the way, I have nothing in this panel. So, a couple of drops. I won't twist it anymore. Well ... maybe I will sometimes, purely out of curiosity.
But vniiiii ... I'm afraid to even imagine! Oh, and I won't! Why fantasize in vain, pralna ?!
Manna
Quote: kirch
And to drain, be sure to unscrew the socket?
If you drain from the case, then the socket does not play any role here. But if you need to wipe it under the socket, then, of course, you will have to remove it.
By the way, everything flows just under the socket. My countertop has a very tiny slope, so everything flows in this direction
Allegra
Len, let’s lay out your simplified kimchi, what’s wrong
Elena Tim
Oh, Light, but I'm not going straight Wait. I don't even have cabbage. I'll do it - whistle!
lu_estrada
ooo, eseses, open your mouth wider -
Thanks for adding the cabbage,
though a little with a tarnished reputation, but we are truncated, it is tasty.

Aaaaaaa! Lyuyud! Do they have such a beautiful relief, like shells straight? What kind of sandwich maker you have? But apparently she bakes four cakes, right? And what kind of dough? Sounds like not just puff, huh? How much did you keep? It seems to me that they turned out a little dark. And what is the filling? Ah, well, yes! The last question is removed. This is me from an overabundance of feelings!

The dough, Helen, is my puff pastry, and they were fried for only 15 minutes. A baby shower from Breville, I also have an oven-stove-baby of the same company, I’m not happy for how many years, I forgot in short.
And the filling from Elena Timochka, you can look for it, I'm sure, those panravissas

Len, I have prepared this yummy now. Everything worked out great. Nothing came out. Very tasty. There are no photos, the battery is dead. By the way, I will no longer bake from yeast. Baked with apples, did not like it. The dough was tough. For your work and cheerfulness
Elena Tim
Lyudochka, thank you very much! I am very glad that you liked it!
And on the contrary, from the Starry puff yeast dough turned out to be so soft, straight tender, that I decided to do it with apples and, in general, fruit pies.

Elena Tim, Len, After While Crocodile is something like our "And you there too". Come in and see what appetizer I made from lavash... What do you want to stuff there you can! And no one will tell you After While Crocodile!

Ludmila, kirch, I too missed the mark .. then yeast - just yeast, not flaky .. I messed up the pies, oak horror turned out. But the dogs were happy, he never got a bottle. I did not become greedy and threw that dough into the stump (there was a 1 kg package), having previously tried to bake pies in AF .. nifiga .. the same woodiness of the dough.
kirch
Stafa, at least you were mistaken, but I had a puff yeast.
