Pumpkin loose pie

Ingredients

Apples 1 kg
Pumpkin 850 g
Wheat flour 250 g
Sugar 250 g
Chilled butter 140 g
Raisins 100 g
Cognac 3st. l.
Lemon juice 2st. l.
Cardamom beans 5 box
Ground cinnamon (not used) 1h l.
Ginger dry 1 \ 2h. l.
Baking powder 1h l.
Soda 1 \ 4h. l.

Cooking method

  • Grind flour, baking soda, baking powder, 100 g butter and 150 g sugar into crumbs. Remove the refrigerator.
  • Peel the pumpkin and apples, cut into 2 x 2 cm cubes.
  • Soak the raisins in cognac.
  • Remove the cardamom seeds from the boxes, grind in a mortar, sift.
  • In a large deep frying pan (I did it in a cast iron wok), melt 40 g of butter. Add cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, warm.
  • Add pumpkin, 80 g sugar, lemon juice, stir, cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add apples and raisins with cognac, stir, cover and simmer for another 10 minutes.
  • Pour the filling onto a baking sheet (30x40), spread the crumb on top, press with your hands.
  • Sprinkle with 20 g of sugar. This item can be skipped. Sugar in the filling and dough is enough.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 25-30 minutes. The exact time depends on your oven.
  • Cool the finished pie a little, chop with a spatula, turn the filling up in portions on plates.
  • Delicious and easy to prepare pie. Even for pumpkin "lovers".))

The simplest thing is to peel the pumpkin, cut it into pieces and freeze it. Stored as long as you want.
About potatoes: of course, we do not throw them away, out of economy, but a vegetable that has begun to sprout is not useful, strictly dietary - harmful, different chemicals begin in it. reactions associated with the transition of a vegetable to the phase of growing new plants for their successful development.
More about pumpkin: you cannot eat rotten pumpkin by cutting out the bad part from it - it is poisonous! In the villages, they do not give cattle a rotten pumpkin.
