milk 300 g
cream 20% 200 g
granulated sugar 150 g
vanilla sugar 10 g
corn starch 20 g

  • Dissolve the starch in the remaining milk, pour into the hot milk and boil until slightly thickened.
  • Tighten the saucepan with cling film so that it touches the surface of the jelly, cool.

I also want for a long time
Kara
Marisha, such a tempting ice cream!
And tell me please, is the starch not felt? My people don't drink simple jelly, they say it crunches
Sonadora
I have long noticed that cranberries give ice cream a lilac color, but I did not expect that in combination with blackberries it would turn out so purple.

I fully support! Homemade ice cream is great!

Irina, is not felt at all.

Manechka, why are you doing such beautiful balls? Show the people that spoon!
lu_estrada
Oh, oh! What a delight, Manechka!

Manechka, what a beautiful ice cream! I just want to lick Berry ice cream (Brand 3812 ice cream maker), although I am not a fan of berry and fruit. I love vanilla with additives on top

Elena TimLenus, it seems to me that such balls cannot be made with an ice cream spoon
It looks like this contraption:

I'm lazy, it seems to me that such balls cannot be made with an ice cream spoon
Thank you, Irish! I think so too. I have a mechanical ice cream spoon, but it makes more hemispheres than balls. Therefore, I asked. Okay, I'll look for "snowball"!

I will look for "snowball"!
Lena, I ordered this in a joint venture from Lily from a German store, here's a reference, it might come in handy (they have a slightly smaller size, but I bought this here in Ukraine for the Keypops, and I make them meatballs - beauty, all the same, even, only you need to dunk a device in some water so that the balls pop out well)

Manechka, thanks for such a bright recipe, took it to the bookmarks. We urgently need to empty the freezer in order to shove the ice cream there

Manechkawhat a beautiful ice cream! I will definitely do
Sonadora
Girls, thank you my dear! I would be very glad if the recipe is useful to you. You can take any berries as they come in the fight against the harvest.

there is a mechanical ice cream spoon, but it makes more of a hemisphere
Flax, why hemispheres? It is necessary to "scratch" several times and the ball will turn out. Here at the end of the video there is:

Here in my life I would not have thought of using it for meatballs! I'll go write it down somewhere! ))
irysikf
I still plan to shape donuts with them, but so far I’m still not going to make them
Ilona
Oh, but they will turn out small, no?
irysikf
As for me, this is just for all tastes - both smaller and larger, the diameter of the ball from the spoon (the one that follows the link) is somewhere about 5 cm, Here is a link to the smaller 4 cm 🔗
And I made meatballs with a spoon of a smaller diameter, a little less than 4 cm (I have not yet had one that is 5 cm, she just arrived today).

Although I was going to make donuts that are 4 cm, I like small ones more
And I want a little more meatballs, so I ordered a second
Ilona
Now I know what I'm going to cook and how next weekend - meatballs with a scraper.
irysikf
but I can't find such a small-diameter thing for meatballs in soup, and so I decided that I would look for such a cracker like yours, only a small and deep one and I will have neat, identical meatballs to swim and, most importantly, that my hands will not have to get dirty. Maybe this thought will be useful to you.
Ilona
Everything will be useful to us, as it turns out!
Sonadora
Virgo, well, you give! Ilona, it seems to me that it will be inconvenient to make meatballs with a crackling nut, but minced meat will not "roll up" like ice cream, but a spoon with two hemispheres is probably the very thing!
GruSha
Marina, what a delicious ice cream!
It's a pity the freezer is full and the ice cream maker (Kenwood attachment) is resting idle in the box :-(
Sonadora
Gulsine, Thank you! She won't have a long rest - summer is coming soon.
GruSha
Yeah, nothing to rest, it's time to work already ;-)

Manya, I am grateful to you, thanks for the recipe, made from honeysuckle, left over from last year, yummy.
