Apple ice cream (Brand 3812 ice cream maker)

Ingredients

Apples 3 pcs. (500 g)
Water 50 g
Starch 30 g
Sugar 50 g
Condensed milk 100 g
Cream 20% 300 g

Cooking method

  • Peel the apples, grate or grind with a blender directly in the saucepan. Cover with sugar, stir and leave for 10 minutes to extract juice.
  • Dissolve the starch in cold water.
  • Bring the apples to a boil, pour in the starch. cook. stirring for 5 minutes until the apples are tender.
  • Tighten the pan with plastic wrap so that it touches the surface of the apples and cool.
  • Then add condensed milk. cream, beat until fluffy.
  • Pour into an ice cream maker. Ice Cream program 1 hour by default. Temperature of ice cream at the outlet 0С. Probably, in the summer it is necessary to additionally cool the mass in the refrigerator before cooking. I had it + 29C.
  • Transfer to container, chill in the freezer.
