salt 1.5 tsp
sugar 2 tsp
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l
lemon juice 1 tsp
wheat flour 250 gr
rye flour 250 gr
wheat gluten 30 gr
dry yeast 2 tsp
Cooking method

Pour malt with 3 tablespoons of boiling water (take from the total volume of water) and leave for 15 minutes. load all the ingredients into the bread maker according to your instructions, I have flour in water.

The dish is designed for 1000 gr
Cooking time: 3.50
Cooking program: Whole grain flour (dietary)

the taste of warm Ukrainian bread and butter is one of my most pleasant childhood memories, but it is not possible to buy it in my country. Finally, through trial and error, I got the same bread. I hope you enjoy it too.

My recipe is similar to yours, only the proportions are slightly different, for example, less liquid. But I bake a Ukrainian hearth.
It will be necessary to try yours as well. however, I try to bake only with sourdough and in the oven or slow cooker - nothing, I adapt.
And warm Ukrainian with butter is my childhood.
