Easter potato buns

Ingredients

Flour / s 250 g
Mashed potatoes 90 g
Table egg 1 piece + 1 for greasing
Sugar 30 g
Water 60 ml
Powdered milk 1 tbsp
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Butter 20 g
Raisins 1 mst
For the sauce:
Flour / s 15 g
Sugar 10 g
Egg yolk 1 PC
Milk 60 ml

Cooking method

  • To make the sauce:
  • Mix all ingredients and whisk lightly and pour into a heatproof saucepan. stirring constantly, cook until thick. Remove from heat and strain through a fine sieve. Cool, put in the refrigerator.
  • Bun making process:
  • 1. Pour warm water into a bowl and dissolve yeast and let stand for 10 minutes.
  • 2. Put the egg + mashed potatoes + sugar + salt + milk powder + flour + soft butter + yeast in the CP. Knead yeast dough on the program. The dough should be firm.
  • 3. After the dough has come up, place it on a cutting surface and stir in the raisins.
  • 4. Divide into 9 parts and form koloboks-balls. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with a beaten egg, cover with a film-towel and place in a warm place until it doubles in volume. (about 20-30 minutes).
  • 5. Put the sauce in a pastry syringe (bag) and place a cross-shaped pattern on the buns.
  • 6. Bake in the oven preheated to 180 grams for 18-20 minutes - until the buns are golden brown.
