Note

I have been looking for the taste of kefir for a long time, in a yogurt maker I got either sour yogurt or yogurt, but not kefir. And in Stebka what you need !!!! I added some jam to my child. I got used to my husband with a cookie.

I beg your pardon, but what is this shtebochka?
Antonovka
milvok,
Shteba is pressure cooker-slow cooker-slow cooker

Matilda_81,
I also need to do it - I have kefir sourdough
Matilda_81
Shtebochka - multicooker-pressure cooker-slow cooker. If there is no Shtebik, then any cartoon with a multi-cook, programmable temperature and time will do.

Matilda_81,
Gulnara, how much kefir is enough for you 1 bottle of this leaven? Here you fermented from the bottle, left part for the next fermentation and. etc. How long is the strength of this leaven yet?
Matilda_81
Alexandra, I give a copy of the instructions:

The product prepared directly from the bottle can be used as a mother (working) starter culture from 5-7 days, which we store in the refrigerator. For 1 liter of milk, 2-3 tablespoons of the product are used. The product prepared in this way is not used for re-fermentation. for another product in the Vivo Bifivit line, the following is written: re-fermentation is not used for Bifivit. it turns out for all products, including kefir, you can re-ferment only once, and a product prepared from a bottle of Bifivit cannot be re-fermented at all.
Andreevna
Eh, and I was already dreaming
Matilda_81
Alexandra, there are 4 vials in a package, this is for 4 liters of milk. well, you can re-ferment from each batch. If it's expensive, then you can ask Lactina users how much is enough.
Andreevna
Gulya, thank you very much, everything is clear. Boom to try.

Matilda_81, Gulnara, thanks for the recipe!
Yesterday I cooked kefir in Shteba, it turned out great! I didn’t take sourdough, but kefir, but in principle I only needed the temperature and cooking time for kefir specifically for Stebik. There is a yogurt maker, but it overheats, I do not like to use it for sour milk. Now I know how to cook in a cartoon! To bookmarks!
