Cottage cheese buns with nuts in the Steba slow cooker

Ingredients

Flour / s 2 tbsp (320 gr)
Soft cottage cheese (not grain) 3/4 cup (180 gr)
Powdered sugar 1/4 cup (60 gr)
Natural yogurt (sour cream 15%) 1/3 tbsp (83 gr)
Vanilla extract (vanilla sugar) 1 tsp
Baking powder 1 pack
Soda 1/4 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Filling:
Walnuts 1 1/2 tbsp (100 gr)
Brown sugar 2/3 tbsp (100 gr)
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Glaze:
Sugar 1/3 st
Dark honey 3 tbsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Cottage cheese buns with nuts in the Steba slow cooker
  • My measure was a 250 ml glass.
  • 1. Crush walnuts, but not finely. Add sugar and cinnamon - stir.
  • 2. Mix cottage cheese + sour cream + sugar + vanilla. Add flour + baking powder + baking soda - knead until tender. Made in HP on the program Unleavened dough. At first, she helped a little to gather the dough into a lump, then she mixed herself - the total kneading time is 15 minutes. Transfer the finished dough to a lightly floured work surface and knead 4-5 times.
  • 3. Roll out the dough onto a layer, about 30 by 40 cm. Grease with melted butter (do not grease the edges, about 1 cm) and pour out the nut mixture - distribute. Roll into a roll, pinch the seam.
  • Cut the roll into 12 pieces. Grease the bowl with oil. Place the buns with the cut side down.
  • 4. Bake on the Porridge program for 1 h 40 min, pressure 30.
  • 5. Glaze: Made in a small MV on the YOGUR mode - 40 minutes. I put all the necessary ingredients in a bowl and melted it.
  • 6. After the booths are baked, open them and grease them with glaze (I put them on each bun with a spoon) and turn them on again for 10 minutes, provided that the porridge is programmed and the pressure is 30.
  • 7. Carefully remove from the bowl using a plate. Cover with a plate and holding, turn over, and cover the other again and turn "face" up.
  • Serve warm!
