Egg yolks 12 pieces
Milk 1.5 cups
Sugar 1.5 cups
Pressed yeast 50 g
Raisins 100-150 g
Vanillin taste

Cooking method

  • I have been baking cakes according to this recipe for over 20 years. The recipe was given by a girlfriend.
  • Put dough:
  • Dissolve yeast in warm milk, add sugar, a little flour.
  • We remove the dough in a warm place.
  • While the dough is coming up, rub the yolks with sugar and butter.
  • Then we mix the dough with the mixture (yolks, butter, sugar), add flour, vanillin and knead the dough. Let the dough come up 2 times, add the steamed raisins at the last kneading of the dough. From this amount, four medium-sized cakes will be obtained.
