Kind time of the day, Bakeries !!!

Yesterday I bought a used Hitachi HB - E 303 bread maker. I cooked the bread well, BUT .... at the end there was a knock, there were only seven minutes left until the end.

Please write please who faced this and why this knock ?!

Thank you

Seven-flower, Hitachi is a good HP, but it has already been discontinued for years7, probably, the heater can click when baking, there is nothing terrible about it, if it is bad during mixing, you need to look for the reason.

Thanks for the answer! There was no knock during kneading. Now I'll put on the second batch, I'll see what happens!

When kneading, the bucket can "wind" strongly to the sides, and the dough ball beats strongly against the sides of the bucket. This is not a defect, the dough, in principle, should be kneaded and beaten well and qualitatively.
Hitachi303 model is very high quality and strong, works well!

To help you, all my developments on the technology of baking bread in a bread maker, which I did in this particular model https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=131.0

Yesterday we bought a second-hand Hitaci HB-E303 bread maker
From the beginning to the end of the second batch, a knock began.
Is that how it should be?
Write please.

Hitachi bread makers have not been produced for a long time, so the question is about its age, and in what conditions was it used before you? Do you have a passport and instructions for it?

Knocking and jerking of the bucket during kneading can occur if the amount of dough is small, it beats with force against the walls of the bucket, which leads to this effect. Ideal for mixing 300-500 grams of flour.
Or the bucket is not quite correctly and accurately inserted, it staggers.

In general, Hitachi is a very practical and durable x / stove, I still work

Admin, Tatyana, there is an instruction
I bake bread according to your recipe
Hitachi HB-E303 white bread.
We didn't use the stove a lot.
After the first test, the fan turned on and the knocking started again. already 20 minutes.
That is, there is a knock as the fan turns on.
There is no pulling bucket.

Ira, it is difficult for me to evaluate this knock "at the word". There may still be a clicking, a very light knocking, this is normal, this is a timer and monitors the work. There may also be noisy operation of the fan, and grunting-boiling during the raising of the dough. Even sounds are hard to describe

Observe also, you need to get used to the device, to understand the principle of its operation. Read the instructions carefully, they are very well written.

What's interesting: Google does not offer anything interesting for the request "conspiracy against knocking". Apparently the problem is still technical ...

Tatyana, the knocking stopped as baking began. I read the instructions, but I didn't find anything about the fan. Is this how the fan works? I'll bake some bread.
Thank you.
