I immediately remembered Cherry Pasta from Gael, well, if she made super-lazy dumplings, why can't I cook the same dumplings with cabbage using this principle?
  • She put the lean pasta to boil while the pasta was boiling, fried the onion, cut into cubes. Grated cabbage on a berner grater, salted, after a couple of minutes squeezed a little and added to the onion, mixed. Young cabbage is fried very quickly. As soon as the cabbage was ready, I put boiled pasta in a stewpan with vegetables, stirred it and warmed it up well on the stove. I fried the onions in a small frying pan until golden brown, we have dumplings ... well, how can you not sprinkle them on top of the onions?
