And where yeast, excuse me? As always in panas, down? And why is bread called rye if it contains only 12 percent rye flour?
Krazzy
I put the yeast in the middle, along with salt and other ingredients, I like it better.

Thanks for the tip. I missed the yeast in the description of the preparation.

Rye is not made entirely from rye flour.
I may be wrong, but bakeries say so.

Most often, bread with the same composition as yours is called wheat-rye, since the main flour is wheat. If from 35 to 50 percent of rye flour, then it is already rye-wheat. And more than half of rye flour is the proud title of rye! In principle, the name is not the main thing in our baking business. The main thing is that it is TASTY! And with the order of the bookmark ... For some reason, lately I also stopped adhering to the recommendations on Panasonic ... And it seems to me that it turns out better.

So it seemed to me.

Please tell me the weight of the loaf and the color of the crust?

And if you add flaxseed flour instead of chicory, does it give dark bread to the bread? Or is chicory for flavor?

I haven't looked here for a long time, the crust color is closer to milk chocolate, and the weight is 350 g. well ... I did it.

I have never worked with flaxseed flour, I can't say if it will give a dark color. I put chicory for color and flavor. Instant coffee is possible, but ... it seemed to me that it made the bread a little bit bitter.
Well, it's a matter of taste.
