Well, it's not my fault that I have a confectionery syringe in my house, which I just can't get enough of! I had to invent a special unsweetened cream on the go. I would even say more - garlic cream with herbs.
  • Well, this meatball always helps out when you don't know what you need to cook from meat: either something hot with a side dish, or something cold for breakfast, such as meat bread. And here you kill two birds with one stone: in the evening you ate a hot meatball with mashed potatoes, and for breakfast you cut off a thin ... well, or a fatty piece of meatballs, put it on bread and savored with coffee and pleasure.
  • So, we are preparing the minced meat. I took equal amounts of beef and pork. I make minced meat myself, because the purchased one does not inspire confidence in me. Chop the onion at random, like, in fact, and cabbage. Tomatoes - in cubes so that there are no long annoying skins afterwards.
  • As you can see, I add semolina, though a little bit. It helps to retain the juice and makes the meatballs thicker.
  • We mix all the ingredients and get such a cute minced meat:

If there is a lot, turn on the Oven-3 mode for just a couple of minutes. Excess moisture will come out and the meatballs will be fried. The main thing is not to overexpose! Otherwise it will burn. Even if after two minutes of frying, the juice still remains, it's okay, it will be absorbed into the meatballs while it cools. This is how it looks when ready:
