  • I really love cottage cheese and herbs. There are many recipes for such sandwich pastes. We have some great recipes on the forum. I decided to share mine, as it is very simple.
  • Load the ingredients into the bowl of the hand blender. You don't need to cut anything. The butter should be at room temperature. On the "pulse" mode, pressing several times, chop until a coarse-grained mass is obtained. Reduce the speed (I had a speed of 3) and bring the mass to a creamy state.
