Ingredients

chicken fillet 4 breasts
onion 1 PC
carrot 1 PC
frozen green peas 150 g
green onions 1 bundle
fresh ginger 1 tsp
garlic 2 cloves
coconut milk 300-400ml
curry spices 1st l

water 50 ml

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the chicken into cubes and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in a bowl and set the frying program for 15 minutes. Then put on a plate.
  • 2. Cut the vegetables. In the remaining juice, fry all vegetables on the frying mode for 10 minutes, at the end add garlic, ginger and curry for 5 minutes, pour in coconut milk and water. Add chicken, mix everything well and simmer for 40 minutes.

Irina, try it! It turns out very tasty, rice is good for a side dish. You can make it spicy, add more ginger and chili pepper. I do not make spicy things for the children to eat.
