Or you can bake rye bread in two modes: first, turn on the Yeast dough mode for the entire cycle, then leave the dough to go further with the oven turned off until it grows to the required size. And then turn on the Baking mode for 60 minutes, then you can immediately turn on the Baking mode for 20 minutes again. Regarding the time, I can say that the rise time does not differ significantly, the kneading time is reduced, I compared the tables. Only now Diet was cut "good", but there are many programs, you can bake. Dough rise time can be increased by unplugging the plug from the socket at a time for 9 minutes, and then turn the plug back on and the program continues.
