Cabbage schnitzels with mushrooms (lean)

Ingredients

Fresh cabbage
mushrooms
carrot
onion
vegetable oil
salt
pepper
Batter
flour 100
water 200g
soda 1/2 tsp
salt

Cooking method

  • Prepare the batter. To do this, put all the ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth. Use the dough after 30 minutes. Adjust the amount of flour, the batter should be thick enough.
  • Cut the stalk of the cabbage and send the cabbage to the microwave for 8-12 minutes at full power.
  • Use any mushrooms, and carry out the processing corresponding to the mushrooms.
  • Chop the onion finely enough, put in a stewpan with heated vegetable oil, after a couple of minutes send grated carrots there, then mushrooms, salt and pepper. Fry over low heat, stirring occasionally until cooked through. Well, everything seems to be ready.
