Apple Pie with Pine Nuts

Ingredients

Dough:
butter or margarine 100 g
sugar 150 g
eggs 2 pcs
baking powder 2 tsp
flour 300-350 g
cream:
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 100 g
sour cream 15-20% 200 g
flour 2 tbsp
also:
apples 600 g
pine nuts 50 g

Cooking method

  • Cooking the dough.
  • Grind the butter with sugar. Add eggs, stir. Add baking powder and flour, knead the dough. Grease the mold (I have a mold with a diameter of 27 cm and a height of 3 cm), grease with oil, or cover with baking paper, lay out the dough, make sides. Peel the apples, remove the seeds.
  • Cut into thin slices. Place apples on the dough.
  • Preparing the cream.
  • Mix eggs with sugar and sour cream. Add flour, mix well.
  • Pour cream over the cake. Do not worry that the cream is liquid, after preparation the cream will thicken. Sprinkle with nuts. Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
