  • I cooked THIS several times, changing the set of nuts and dried fruits - with full confidence I can say that their number can be halved, and to save the budget, I can limit myself to raisins and seeds! You can, in general, do only with dried fruits or only with nuts - whichever you prefer!
  • These muesli were born from the recipe for muesli, American breakfast cookies and granola.
  • 1. peeled the apples, cut them into wedges and put them in a bowl, into which I poured 2 tbsp. tablespoons of water (this time splashed some water from soaking the kumquats), covered and put in the microwave for 5 minutes at 800W. You can bake the whole apple and rub through a sieve, you can use ready-made applesauce.

Then she flattened the lump with a fork, leveled the cookies and sprinkled them with sesame seeds and oatmeal.
  • The only problem in baking these cookies can be precisely molding - the dough is crumbly and sticky, it is difficult to pick it up with your hands. You can use the method of "ramming into a mold" - lay some semicircular shape or an ordinary plastic lid with cling film, tamp the mass into it, and then put it on a baking sheet!

At first, baking paper can stick, unfortunately, it depends on the quality of the paper. Can try to grease it with butter (margarine) before spreading the mass. Here, of course, silicone and teflon mats are out of competition - anything falls off of them.
Secondly, prunes are not in my recipe. No, because, in my opinion, it does not go into these cookies, since it does not hold its shape and is smeared when mixing the mass. If I decided to add prunes or dates, then only in the liquid part, as part of the binder.

In general, it is easy to achieve beauty using only two types of dried fruits - dried apricots and black raisins, but cranberries with cherries are already beauty and beauty. Nuts can be completely replaced with pumpkin and sunflower seeds. I tried it in different combinations, the result is always about the same! Because of the base, in the form of oatmeal, banana, apples and honey - the dominant taste remains the same, when replacing dried fruits and nuts, only the nuances change.
