Buckwheat with dry mushrooms (multicooker-pressure cooker Steba DD1)

Ingredients

buckwheat 2 mstk
dry mushrooms 50g
water 4 mstk
large onion 1 PC
medium carrots 1 PC
oil 50g
salt, herbs

Cooking method

  • This is a pretty quick and easy recipe. Pour dry mushrooms (porcini, of course, better) directly into the bowl (I use stainless steel), pour 4 mstq of water and salt, leave for 40-60 minutes. If you pour boiling water, 30 minutes will be enough. Add washed buckwheat. Set the "Porridge" mode to 0.7 (high pressure) for 5 minutes. Open when it unlocks itself. Usually it takes about 15 minutes to relieve pressure. During this time, peel and finely chop the onions and carrots (carrots can be grated), sauté them in oil for 5-7 minutes. Add to porridge and mix. Leave for another 5-10 minutes. Everything can be served sprinkled with herbs. Simple, fast, tasty, healthy, aromatic!

Time for preparing:

5min + 15min

Cooking program:

Porridge

Note

Apart from the time for soaking the mushrooms, the dish cooks very quickly. The aroma and taste are awesome, I'm not even talking about the benefits. And my bag of dried mushrooms has finally started to shrink!

Except for the mushroom steeping time
This can be done very quickly too. It is enough to put the mushrooms in a bowl, add water and put in the micra at full power for 10 minutes. The mushrooms will be completely ready.

Yes, I did about the same on simmering, also in 1.5 hours it was ready even with chicken breast:

But sometimes you need to hurry. And here in 20-25 minutes buckwheat with mushrooms!

And in general, a pressure cooker somehow makes all the cereals surprisingly BETTER.
especially fig.
Fart steam (c) simply saturates every grain of rice with water and no sticking.
So yes ... pressure cookers and cereals are the best! :-)

Precisely, and under pressure quickly, and languor slowly, it turns out tasty, juicy and crumbly! But it's better to torment barley anyway, it's a masterpiece in languor. And rice, buckwheat, bulgur under pressure in a pressure cooker are super.

Linusik, thank you for your help in mastering Shteba!
I cooked buckwheat, but not with mushrooms (I, unfortunately, do not have dried ones), but with various vegetables and in chicken broth, but strictly, observing the technology. Oh, I liked cooking porridge in Shtebe so much, I can't tell you straight! The only thing is that, for the most part, my vegetables were frozen and, despite the fact that I poured less liquid, the buckwheat boiled down more. Apparently, these vegetables gave more juice than I expected. But it is not important! The main thing is that, thanks to you, I am able to cook buckwheat and buckwheat in Shteba. Fuy!
In general, it turned out boringly, quickly and hassle-free! Thank you, Linusechka, once again !!!
Here's my "porridge":
