Cooking method

  • I bake this cake more often after Easter, when a lot of boiled eggs appear in the house at once.
  • I make yeast dough (I really love Chuchelkino).
  • I distribute the finished dough on a baking sheet.
  • Boiled eggs are laid on top of the dough, grated on a coarse grater. Salt to taste (I do not salt, because mayonnaise contains enough salt for my taste).
  • I put mayonnaise on top of the boiled eggs and level.
  • Then I form the sides of the cake and a grid of dough.
  • Allow the pie to stand and bake in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. I have about 25-30 minutes.
