Spicy salad with beans, fried onions and mushrooms.

Ingredients

Red beans
(canned in its own juice) 1 can
Bulb onions
(medium size) 2 pcs.
Champignon 5-7 pcs.
Parsley 30 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Vegetable oil
(for frying) 1-2 tbsp. l.
Ground coriander taste
Ground black pepper taste
For refueling:
Hot ketchup 1-1.5 tbsp. l.
Balsamic vinegar 1 tsp
or
dining room 9% 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • This salad takes a few minutes to prepare. And it turns out very tasty. Try it.
  • Cooking.
  • Cut the onion into quarters, the mushrooms into half rings. Fry them with oil in a skillet or electric grill.
  • Drain the liquid from the beans, put in a bowl. Add hot onions and mushrooms. Stir.
  • (As the ingredients cool, they saturate each other.)
  • Finely chop the parsley, peel the garlic, pass it through the garlic. Add to salad.
  • Sprinkle with pepper and coriander.
  • Combine ketchup and vinegar for dressing. Pour the dressing over the salad, stir.
  • Serve with rye bread.
  • Bon Appetit.

I came across a clipping from a magazine where they offered to serve beans with onions and a dressing of ketchup and table vinegar. Made my own changes. (I can't cook completely according to someone else's recipes.) Added mushrooms. Vinegar was replaced with balsamic.
It turned out very tasty and satisfying. I will repeat it more than once and not only in the post.

I would try to replace ketchup with Adjika. You just need to take into account its severity. That is, reduce the amount of pepper and garlic in the salad. You can also, if desired, dilute the adjika with a fresh tomato (chop with a blender).
