Ingredients

Sl. butter (margarine) 200 gr.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp.
Cocoa 4 tbsp. l.
Milk 0.5 tbsp.
Flour 2 tbsp.
ammonium / baking powder (or soda) 1h l. (0.5 h. l.)
raisins, dried apricots, nuts, vanilla taste

Cooking method

  • The recipe, in principle, is not original and is similar to many others, but very tasty. Dedicated to chocolate lovers :)
  • Melt butter (margarine) in a saucepan along with sugar, add cocoa and milk, stir well. I took 160 grams of butter and 2 tbsp. spoons with a slide of cocoa. My cocoa is dark and rich, so the cake turned out to be very black, but not bitter. Bring our mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly. Turn off and let cool slightly. Set aside the icing mixture in a small bowl.
  • Beat some eggs with vanilla (vanilla sugar), add the cooled mixture, sift the flour into the mixture along with baking powder or baking soda. Since I used ammonium, I diluted it in 20 grams of milk. Mix everything and add pre-steamed raisins, dried apricots, nuts. I used raisins and dried apricots. I clearly lacked nuts for my taste. I would even recommend not using fried but \ "milk \" nuts such as hazelnuts or walnuts (pre-soak them for 8 hours, dry and grind). In the test, it will feel incredible. It would also be very cool to use cherries, the sourness would be very appropriate. But this is a matter of taste, of course.
  • Grease the form, put baking paper on the bottom, pour the dough, turn on the baking program (baked in Polaris Floris, temperature 160 degrees) for 1 hour, look at the end, check the dough with a wooden skewer, if dry, you can take it out, if not add more time. I was not enough for an hour, I had to add another 10 minutes. It turned out just right.
  • Remove the cake with the help of a double boiler, cool on a wire rack and then pour the top of the set glaze over, let it soak slightly. Decorate as desired with nuts, coconut flakes or like my powder. Bon Appetit.
