Ingredients

White cabbage 100g
red cabbage 100g
bulb onions 50 grams
sprouted buckwheat 2 tbsp. l.
salt 0.5 tsp
sugar 0.5 tsp
lemon acid 0.5 tsp
vegetable oil mixture 1 sec. l.

Cooking method

  • Chop all vegetables, sprinkle with sugar, salt and citric acid, mix and let stand for 15-20 minutes. Add sprouted buckwheat, pour over with unrefined vegetable oil, stir and serve.

It germinates very easily and I like it more than rye or wheat. The pack will say how to germinate, but this is how I do it. I fill it with water in the morning and leave it for 10-12 hours in a warm place. Then I wash it with an echem and, covering it with a piece of paper, put it on the windowsill, the bottom is warm, but not critical. The next day I eat.
