Love oatmeal cookies
Yesterday I just remembered that I had not done it for a long time
olesya26
Anya is such a cookie is a real feast for the eyes. All products are there except for oat flour, can you replace it with ground oatmeal?
Irina Dolars
I ground oatmeal in a mixer. Small pieces came across. But it tasted like nuts
olesya26
Irinka thanks
Anka_DL
Irina, 0lesya, thanks for your attention to the recipe
0lesya, very often they use ground flakes instead of oatmeal, so I think that it is quite possible
Tashenka
Thank you! Great recipe! I will definitely try baking this weekend.
Anka_DL
Natalia., I'm glad that the recipe is interesting. I will wait for the review

Hello everyone, and I ran into cookies, I often make oatmeal with a part of wheat flour, it somehow never occurred to me that I could pour rye. Thank you, Anya, I will definitely try.

Elena, Olesya, thanks for your attention to the recipe

Anya is reporting that I baked the cookies DELICIOUSly the photo may be tomorrow if the cookies survive, it’s dark now, and I can’t take a picture without a flash. The truth sticks to my hands: swoon: Thanks for the recipe.
Anka_DL
0lesya, this is efficiency. I'm glad we liked it. As I understand it, I did it not with the press, but with my hands, right? Wet the handles with water? I hope they will live until tomorrow, I really want to see it. Thanks for your feedback

I immediately have questions:
1) I have peeled rye flour and whole grain wheat flour, no whole grain rye flour. What flour is better to take?
2) There is no honey either. Replace with something or just skip this point?
3) Can you press directly onto a baking sheet or must it be covered?

replace with agave syrup, maple syrup, brown sugar, or white sugar) That is, we preserve the sweetness, slightly changing the taste of the final product

If you don't cover the baking sheet with anything, then you still need to grease with oil .... there may be difficulties with settling .... but this is theoretically. you need to check, I have not tried reading the topic about the press syringe, the girls wrote there that they were pressed onto a greased baking sheet
P. Pendurina
I made other biscuits by pressing directly onto the baking sheet, it worked. I'll probably try this and that and compare.

the right approach. only here it is important to look at what recipe you did the last time. Most often, recipes for shortbread cookies are prescribed for press syringes, where there is a large amount of oil. Due to this, it should not stick to the bare baking sheet. There is relatively little oil in this recipe .... because I'm afraid they might stick. practice will show. If you try, unsubscribe, please, it even became interesting

Oat and rye cookies
Here is the photo. Anya thanks I will do it more than once, only with gloves, so that it does not stick to my hands and I will buy oatmeal flour
Anka_DL
0lesya, beautiful cookies turned out On the cereals did? Did you grind them? I look at large pieces
olesya26
Yes, Anya, grinded, only in the grinder, she was too lazy to get the meat grinder, but they refused to eat porridge from oatmeal, the recipe was on time I liked the cookies very much, THANKS !!!!
Fragolina
Anya, thank you very much for such a wonderfully wonderful cookie. Taste like a store one, only tastier, tastier. We got it down in one sitting, you can say - husband with milk, me with coffee and my daughter got a couple of cookies I will definitely repeat

Thanks for the recipe! I baked it with rye flour and cinnamon, but I couldn't evaluate the recipe because I overexposed the cookies in the oven.
But now I know for sure that it is not at all necessary to grease a baking sheet or cover it with paper. Everything was perfectly pressed onto a dry, clean baking sheet. Press Marcato.
The general impression of the recipe is very much. It is easy to make, pressing is pleasant, a portion of just 1 baking sheet is convenient. The most laborious thing turned out to be sifting the oat flour.
Alisa-Topol
And I have Marcato. The cookie turned out great. I even did it twice already. For the first time, 1 portion (for trial), and the second time, double, maybe I was waiting for a friend - a big lover of oats. cookies. Thank you very much for both of us!
Anka_DL
ELENA, I'm very glad that I liked the cookies

Check mark, glad that you liked it.
And thanks for the tip
vatruska
Delicious! How could I resist not to devour the dough? ...
Anka_DL
Svetlana, I think in the baked version they are still tastier
Tumanchik
I liked it very much! I baked the kids for a picnic. The idea came in the morning. An hour before departure. Has had time. Only honey and sugar were replaced by artificial honey. I'm afraid I expose natural honey to heat treatment. This made the taste even more interesting. Thank you very much!
Anka_DL
Irina,
Alycha
Thank you. Delicious cookies. I will repeat more than once
Tumanchik
Anya once again bake these cookies and remember with a kind word! Today I added sesame and cocoa! I felt less rye taste, and more chocolate! Thank you very much!
Lagri
Anka_DL, I am reporting and thank you from our family. Sooo delicious!
Oat and rye cookies
I liked that these cookies can be made with a press syringe. I have a couple of them stale, and we often don't bake shortbread cookies, so the press is out of business). And your recipe is very useful to us (there is not a lot of oil here) and as I have not seen it before. Now I will stamp such cookies.
Anchic
I have a belated thank you: thank you so much for the recipe! Delicious cookies! I baked it twice so far. Once with a prescription, very good syringe deposition. And the second time I did it with changes, I replaced the egg with starch (my nephew started allergic to wheat and chicken eggs, I was looking for something to please her). But I didn't add enough water, the dough was cool, so I molded it with a mold. Photo report:
First run Oat and rye cookies

And without an egg, the second run Oat and rye cookies
Marusya777
Thanks to the author for this recipe !! Perhaps this is the best oatmeal cookie!
I made a few changes, instead of rye flour I added 50 g of rye bran and 50 g of oat bran, and chopped oatmeal, but it did not work out to flour.Amazing taste !! Almond on top)
