Ingredients

warm water 225 ml
olive oil 1.5 tbsp. spoons
sea ​​salt 1.25 tsp
wheat flour 00 200 g
whole wheat flour 100 g
durum wheat flour 100 g
dry yeast 1.25 tsp
rice flour (for rolling) 2 tablespoons

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough in a bread maker using the "Yeast dough" program (or another similar program, depending on the model). All ingredients except rice flour
  • Divide into 2 parts
  • Sprinkle rice flour on the table
  • Roll out a thin layer
  • Lay out the filling
  • Bake
