Fish stewed with vegetables and rice in the Steba DD1 multicooker pressure cooker

Ingredients

sour cream (cream) 250-300g
water 1/2 mstk
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
grated cheese 100g
garlic 5-6 teeth
sweet mustard 4-5 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Stewed fish is always very tasty, juicy and aromatic. And, importantly, the preparation is simple. Marinate the fillet of any sea fish or milk for 15-20 minutes (while we are preparing everything else) in 2 hours. l. salt + 1 tbsp. l. sugar + lemon zest + grated in a mortar seeds of dill, fennel, anise and black pepper 1 tbsp. l. + vegetable oil. I don't add lemon juice. Cut onions and carrots with "wheels" about 0.5 cm thick, potatoes and peppers in the same slices. On "Roasting" or simply in a dry hot frying pan, bake onion wheels, cloves of garlic and pepper slices for 2 minutes on each side until dark marks. Mix all the sour cream (cream) with water and mustard, pour all the resulting marinade from the fish there. Cut the fish into 3-4 cm pieces. In a non-stick bowl, put in layers half of the onion, carrot, pepper, garlic, rice, potato in the specified order, salt and fill with half the filling. Put half of the fish (milk) on top and sprinkle with half of the cheese. In the same order, we spread the second part of the products, but pour the filling not vegetables into the top layer of fish. Sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Fish program 0.7 (high pressure) 1 minute, then simmering 88 * 2 hours. Serve with tomatoes, fresh herbs and olives. I had a perch fillet, it turned out very juicy and aromatic! While languishing, the divine aromas penetrated to the neighbors, I treated them and shared the recipe. It took me 18 minutes to cook.

Previously, I often cooked stewed fish in a pot, but at Shteba it turns out no worse. It is surprising that both familiar Greeks and Finns consider stewed fish their national dish. When I fed them my stewed fish, each of them insisted that this was their recipe. True, I treated the Finn with milk, and he claimed that this was their national cuisine.
