Fast and delicious! While the chicken is lightly marinated in ginger (in the original, ginger is used fresh, grated 1 tsp) and sherry (or wine), the sauce and garnish are prepared. It could be rice, it could be noodles, or even just a salad. At the same time, you can pre-fry the cashews. You can add some cayenne pepper flakes to the sauce for broth, soy sauce and vinegar.

Lerele
It should be delicious. Thanks, I want to do
I made a similar recipe with cashew nuts, only ground nuts and there was not soy sauce, but cream. . In short, replace everything ,
This I mean that with nuts it turns out unusually tasty, the sauce disappears first.

Lerele, thanks for the feedback and attention to the recipe. Yes, I also liked it with nuts But the sauce in this recipe is not destined to disappear first, it is not so much, thickening, it just envelops pieces of chicken and nuts
Lerele
I also had a lot of sauce, but that did not stop it from quickly disappearing
And from the nuts such an extraordinary taste turned out, I still had some of the nuts ground very well, and how did it work like milk. Plus, the starch thickened a little, in short, delicious!
Now I'll try it without cream, it should turn out different, but also tasty dish.
