Any rice can be used, but long-grain or parboiled rice is better. Berries-fruits can be fresh or fresh frozen (cranberries, lingonberries, plums, pears, currants, alone or in a mixture, go well). I have 1: 1 fresh frozen pear with plum. I have this option from pickled cucumbers. Do not put the onion in a bowl, but chop and pickle in 1 tsp. salt + 1 tsp l. sugar + balsamic (grape, apple ...) vinegar 1 tbsp. l. + rast. oil 1 tbsp. l. Open when unlocked. Option 1 Serve with pickled onions and fresh herbs. Any option has been tried, very tasty and aromatic. It significantly diversifies any diet and at the same time contains all the necessary elements of a healthy diet.
