For example, it was written to fry with the lid open. My slow cooker refused to do this. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Lead on the right path. And I would like more recipes. Whoever has interesting and tasty ones, please share. It is interesting to know about the preparation of yoghurts ... Who tried it?

Then, without draining the remaining broth, he added bay leaf, heels of prunes, a heaped teaspoon of a mixture of seasonings - dried red hot pepper, garlic, parsley, dill, cilantro, - a tablespoon of wine vinegar and 150 ml of soy sauce. And put it on for another hour and a half in extinguishing mode.

It turned out very tasty
