Muffins with black currant (kefir)

Ingredients

butter 100 g
egg 2 pcs.
honey 1 tbsp. l.
kefir 1 tbsp.
flour 1 3/4 tbsp.
sugar 3/4 Art.
salt pinch
baking powder 1 tsp
black currant 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • I use a glass of 250 ml ("under the knife").
  • Turn on the oven at 180 degrees.
  • Mix the melted butter with eggs, honey and kefir, slightly beaten with a fork.

  • Separately mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar,

  • and then add the oil mixture. Stir not strongly and not for long (so that the components only "grab"), and at the last moment add the currants (if the berries are frozen, then they do not need to be thawed).

  • Divide into tins for 2/3, bake for 20-25 minutes.
