Cooking method

Did type for 4 spoons.
In 4 spoons it turned out:
4 C1 eggs (220gr)
salt 4g
mayonnaise 60g
sour cream 70g (accidentally, it would be necessary to also 60g)
vodka 20g
starch 20g
baking powder 4gr
flour .. wow, this flour .. 4 deep tablespoons with a good slide turned out to be 100g, but after mixing it all I realized that the dough is not at all like dough for pancakes and I began to add flour more and more and as a result another 50g was added, but even then it was not quite olade, but did not add more flour, the total flour was 150g.

Filling:
350g of dense minced meat (I had to add as much as 100g of kefir to it so that I like it a little in consistency, the total minced meat turned out to be 450g) and 250g of finely chopped cabbage and poured in boiling water for 10 minutes and then squeezed well.
The form is split with a diameter of 26cm (too much, as it turned out). I poured half of the dough into a mold and the bottom of the mold barely covered. I laid out the cabbage, then the minced meat (it was hard to smear it, the dough was thin and thin, I had to take the minced meat a little in my hand and flatten small cakes and put them on the cabbage with Tetris). Poured over the second half of the dough and into the oven. The oven is with convection, therefore, it was not set at 220 degrees as written in the recipe, but at 195-200. I thought that for 30 minutes, but after 15 minutes I looked, and the pie became painfully, painfully blush, another 15 minutes at this temperature and there would be coal, so I lowered it to 170 degrees and baked for another 15 minutes.

I liked this dough more, someone wrote that it looks like a shortbread, for me, if only the very drop, I would say more like a biscuit-muffin, but not both in full measure.
