Ingredients

eggs 2 pcs.
sugar 100 g
vanilla sugar 2 tbsp. l.
butter 100 g
fermented baked milk 200 ml
dried cherries 200 g
flour, premium 200 g
oat hops 2-3 st. l.
baking powder 2 tsp

Cooking method

  • One of my son's favorite cupcake recipes). He kneads the dough himself, while with my help, but apparently he will soon be doing it on his own)))).
  • These muffins have everything to please the baby, they are tender, fluffy with a pronounced creamy taste and sweet berries).
  • Fermented baked milk gives a beautiful color to cupcakes. (You can use sour cream instead.) Instead of dried cherries, you can use any candied fruit, dried fruit or finely chopped chocolate.
  • Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add softened butter, stir. Add fermented baked milk, stir. Add berries, mix. Add flakes, sifted baking powder and flour, knead a not very thick dough. Grease the molds a little with oil (you do not need to lubricate the silicone molds). Spread out the dough, filling 2/3 full.
  • Put in an oven preheated to 180 degrees.
  • Bake for about 20-25 minutes.
