Chicken soup with saffron (Multi-blender Profi Cook PC-MSM1024)

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 1 PC
Saffron 1/2 tsp
Potatoes medium 5 pieces
Yellow onion medium 1 PC
Medium carrots 1 PC
Bay leaf 1 PC
Spices (Provencal herbs) 1 tsp
Water 700 ml
Spider web vermicelli 2 tbsp
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Chop the onion, not very finely.
  • 2. Pour oil into a blender and turn on 100 gr. Add onion and stir occasionally.
  • 3. Chop the carrots, not finely. Put in a blender and simmer, stirring occasionally.
  • 4. Pour in water and bring to a boil.
  • 5. Cut the potatoes and place in a blender.
  • 6. Put fillets and spices in a sieve, close and put in a blender. Cook until tender.
  • 7. Remove the fillets and release the strainer. Put the noodles in it and put it back into the blender and turn on the 100 g program for 7 minutes.
  • 8. Remove the noodle strainer.
  • 9. Whisk the contents of the blender. Salt. Beat again until smooth.
  • 10. Put fillet pieces, noodles in a plate and pour over the puree soup.
