Flaxseed pancakes (no eggs)

Ingredients

flaxseed flour 20 g (2 tbsp. L)
sugar 1 tsp
boiling water 200 ml.
water 200 ml
premium wheat flour 170 g
salt 1/3 tsp
soda 1/3 tsp
lemon acid 1/3 tsp

Cooking method

  • Mix flaxseed flour with sugar, pour boiling water over and stir quickly.
  • The flour will be brewed and you get a slimy jelly.
  • Flaxseed pancakes (no eggs)
  • Pour in more water at room temperature, stir. The dough will become patchy - this is normal!
  • Add flour, salt, soda, citric acid. Knead for 1-2 minutes with a mixer until smooth.
  • Flaxseed pancakes (no eggs)
  • Fry in the usual way. I got 16 pieces in a small frying pan (17 cm)
  • The pancakes are tender, grayish in color.

  • Served with sour cream and rosehip syrup sauce.

Flax is an original Russian product! And the main thing is very simple! I used to take flaxseed, but it is not absorbed, and it was not possible to grind it to the desired state. but with flour, no problem ... The taste is neutral-bread, for those with a sweet tooth, sugar can be safely added. I had to add about 300 ml of water. (this is for a double portion, one portion of pancakes is usually not enough for us). And on my own I added a couple of tablespoons vegetable oil. Delicious!

2-brew well-ground flaxseed, leave for a while. Use all the jelly in the dough .. Then there will be grains in the pancakes, but they do not interfere, since the pancakes are not very thin. You can make the dough thicker and bake the pancakes.
I just want flax to have the maximum effect and digestibility. For this, I began to use exactly flour.
