Bread pudding with almonds and white chocolate

Ingredients

milk 330 ml
butter 80 g
sugar 1/3 st
vanilla extract 0.5 tbsp. l.
nutmeg 1/3 pcs
salt on the tip of a knife
dry white bread / loaf 120 g
White chocolate 90-100 g
almond 1/3 st
eggs 2 pcs

sugar 100 g
water 40 ml
cream 32% 85 ml
butter 20 g
rum 1 tbsp. l.
lime / lemon juice 1/2 tsp
bananas 3 pcs
brown sugar

Cooking method

  • Cut off all the crusts from the bread and cut it into cubes of about 1 cm. Blanch and peel the almonds. Chop chocolate (leave 6 squares for decoration) and almonds with a knife into coarse crumbs. Mix everything.
