Banana-blueberry pie for multicooker Polaris PMC 0507D Kitchen

Ingredients

Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 1 m / st
Butter 100 g
Soda 1 tsp
Flour 2 m / st
Sour cream 1 m / st
Blueberry taste
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Banana 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • This is the first baking experience in my new slow cooker. Do not judge strictly!
  • So, first, let's melt the butter and set it aside to cool down to room temperature.
  • I prefer to mix all the ingredients in a mixer. It's easier and faster!
  • We drive eggs into the mixer bowl, sugar there and beat it all until a thick white foam. Then pour in the cooled oil, sour cream, again everything is mixed with a mixer. Pour in lemon juice, lay a banana mashed with a fork. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
  • I have a mixer on a stand, so my hands are free. While he does his job, I sift the flour and mix it with a teaspoon of baking soda. Then, at a slow speed, I gradually add flour into the existing mixture. The dough turns out like thick sour cream, so everything continues to mix at a slow speed. When no lumps are visible, the dough is ready! It remains to pour a handful of blueberries into the dough (here the amount as you like, by eye) and stir a little with a spoon, so that the berries are evenly distributed.
  • Lubricate the bowl with multi oil (I took vegetable oil), pour the dough into it and turn on the baking mode for 1 hour 10 minutes. At the end, turn it over to the basket-steamer, the cake popped out without problems.
  • I bake mainly for the child, and my husband and I did not refuse to drink tea with such a cake. And most importantly, what the child was eating by both cheeks! Bon appetit, everyone!

IrinaKey, with a new thing for you and with an initiative! A beautiful cupcake turned out!
IrinaKey
lisa567, thank you! And it tastes good! Now I will create and experiment! I have already cooked pilaf in a multi and I am making kefir for a child, but for the first time
lillay
IrinaKey, a charming cake turned out! I'll try to do this. Only I bake in the oven, so the question is - how much multi-glass in the recipe?
Ligra
IrinaKey, delicious cupcake. Multi glasses all standard 180 ml (up to the top)
IrinaKey
lillay, I have a multi-glass volume of 160 ml. In general, I adapted this recipe myself and tried it in a multicooker. In general, when I baked in the oven, I took 2 tbsp of flour (a regular faceted glass), 3 eggs, 1 tbsp of sugar, 200 g of butter, 1 tsp of soda to quench with vinegar, 150 g. sour cream (this is my standard set for charlotte was, well, + apples). And I decided to add banana and blueberries instead of apples (what was in the refrigerator). This is how my recipe was born
IrinaKey
Ligra, I have an extreme mark 160 on my multi-glass, but with a slide, it will probably be 180
Ligra
IrinaKey, and at the bottom of the glass you have written 180 ml. This is not with a slide "but as the bakers say under the knife" (there is even a picture in my instructions). There will be much more with a slide.
IrinaKey
Ligra, exactly, exactly! Your truth! Now I looked, at the bottom 180 it is written!

Sindi
What a tall cupcake! Great just for the first time
IrinaKey
Sindi, Thank you!
