Cooking method

  • The ratio of flour and butter is 1: 1, sugar is 4 times less than butter.
  • 250 gr flour

  • Filling:

I baked in an ordinary slow cooker, without any pressure, so I put on the Kasha mode for 2 hours, then I wanted to bake it in the oven, because when I pulled out a lot of juice from the berries, it was and in general the cake seemed to be damp. But she didn't and did the right thing, the curd filling remained tender and juicy, everything froze, and the dough from below was even ruddy!
