I bought a Ballarini non-stick grill pan. I liked cooking in it, there is also a difference in taste for the better, the speed of cooking, and the fish does not fall apart. But, I read on several sites that it is not recommended to wash grill pans ... and "hung up". How is it, you fried fish, and after that the meat will taste like fish? I don't even have such a basin for this soaking pan, since the pan is large. After all, I washed it, and before each frying I calcined it with salt, as recommended before the first use.
Who has long been using a non-stick grill pan HOW DO YOU CLEAN IT when using detergents is not recommended?

I have two of these grill pans, black non-stick and white. Mine as usual with dishwashing detergent. If it grabs strongly, I just fill it with water and the product and leave it for a while, then all the dirt goes away perfectly. I rinse with plain water. I use the usual ones with a soft-hard side, they are designed for washing dishes, they do not damage the surface.

In principle, these pans are exactly the same as ordinary non-stick black or white, only they have a ribbed bottom - so how can they differ in terms of washing I have been using these pans for a long time, there are no complaints - except that fat is sprayed on the surface of the stove, you have to cover it from above

Thank you, so you can still use detergents, and I won't ruin the pan. I read that the coating will absorb the detergent and will never wash off, and the coating will peel off.
