Milk with rice in a multicooker-pressure cooker Steba DD1

Ingredients

salmon milk 1 kg
bulb 2 pcs
rice 2 mstk
pumpkin (carrot) 200-250g
water 1 mstk
cream 10-20% 1 mstk
Egg 3 pcs
olive oil 2-3 st. l.
dill, fennel seed (anise) 2 tbsp. l.
soy sauce 3-4 tbsp. l.
lemon 1 PC.
salt, sugar, pepper 1 tsp.
ginger 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • This is a very tasty, quick and extremely healthy dish (increases immunity, especially antiviral, and male ... potential).
  • First, lightly marinate the milk. Cut the milk into pieces 2-3 cm, pour 2 tbsp. l. soy sauce, 2 tbsp. l olive oil, sugar, grated ginger, zest and juice of 1 lemon. While the milk is marinated, cut and fry the onions in the "Roast" in olive oil, rub the pumpkin (carrots). Turn off the "frying" and pour on top in sequence: 1 mstk of washed rice (I have steamed), then pour dill and fennel 1 tbsp each. l., half of the grated pumpkin (carrots), all the milk along with the marinade, the remaining half of the pumpkin (carrots), again 1 tbsp. l. dill and fennel (anise), 1 sc of rice. Chili pepper can be added. Beat water with eggs and cream with a fork, add 1 tbsp. l. soy sauce, salt, pepper to taste, and pour into a bowl. The top layer of rice should be covered. "Porridge" mode 0.7 12 min. We open it when the pressure drops. Gets something like an omelet casserole. We cut and serve. Recommended in the autumn-winter period and on request ...

Time for preparing:

5min + 12min + 10min

Note

I cooked it repeatedly. Simple, fast, delicious. Children do not get sick, my husband ... loves.
For round rice, the liquid (water / cream) needs more by 1 mstk. And for brown and steamed, the ratio is better to keep 1/1, because even if everything collapses, it is not scary - rice remains a crumbly side dish.

The husband, you say, loves ...? How interesting! Is it possible from this moment in more detail?
And where in your Moscow are those "interesting" milk being distributed?
Linadoc
I take stably in Auchan in frozen products. Three children are asking for this "boneless fish", and the husband is just chuckling.
Vei
Flax, yes they are everywhere, especially in simpler stores, the so-called walking distance.
Elena Tim
I have never seen, even kill both at once! In Ashan I spend my life in the fish-freeze and did not notice. Chezanafiq ?!
Linadoc
Watch carefully! I've got half of my freezer stuffed with it. Milk is a thing! The drug "Derinat" is expensive, antiviral, immunomodulator, what is it made of? Derinat with Viagra with a delicious sauce without straining! (I rent names, passwords, attendance).
Vasilica
Wow, how interesting!Linadoc, Thank you ! Especially for immunity ( everything else is ok) .

But I often see milk, but somehow I had no idea what to do with them ..

Drive the address, I'll take your freezer!
Linadoc
In fact, everything is simple. You can, of course, just fry them, but then you still need a side dish, and then everything at once. And no tension, and I already have three jobs. Thank you, Shtebochka!

I have a gold freezer! Everything is there (except for milk), natural-ecological and very healthy. I am special on this (immodest, but pleasant to myself). Direction - Southwest.

That’s why I didn’t see milk within walking distance, whatever one may say.But diligently nose on the counter fish drive
Here, fresh sturgeon swims freely, even smiles through the glass with a long nose ... but I haven't seen milk
Mar_k
I never knew how to cook this miracle! The only thing I remember is herring milk, I like it, and my members turn up my nose !!!! I will go to Auchan and look, I will look very carefully, I will cook for trial and for the sake of experiment! Let the vitamins try!
Linadoc
These are not vitamins, but an immunomodulator (one of the strongest antiviral agents). According to recent studies, vitamins are not only not useful, but even useless. But chicken broth and milk extract have been proven many times and in many countries - stably effective immunomodulating (especially antiviral) products.
Aenta
LinadocI also never noticed milk on sale. The recipe is interesting.
Elya_lug
Linadoc, what a timely recipe, just brought half a kilo of milk from the market and sat down to take a breath. Just need to figure out what modes to do in the cartoon. Thank you!
Linadoc
In the multi on the "Rice" mode, because the milk itself is prepared very quickly. If you do it with round rice (don't forget to have more liquid), then you can at the "Pastry" - get an omelet pie.
Elya_lug
Linadoc, thanks for the advice!

Well, just awesome thanks for the info. I always use Derinat for my Triggers. But I never thought it was milk. I usually don't like them from fish. But I think I saw it somewhere on sale. I'll put the recipe on hold. as for vitamins, I will believe it. Since chicken broth is not translated by me (the most economical product). And also frozen berries - I don't preserve, but we live in the private sector. Their. All the time berries (and sometimes even pears and plums) are on the table. I don't cook compotes - fruit drinks. And children ..... ugh ugh .... at a good moment to say. Here is only one gnawing, because the milk is processed.
Linadoc
I mean chemical vitamins, they are isomers of natural vitamins and practically cannot be used by the body, but they exert a load on the liver and kidneys. And natural vitamins are essential. Vitamins of group B are especially important for children, there are many of them in the right bread and whole grains (for example, for this recipe it is better to take brown rice), as well as natural vitamin C (not to be confused with ascorbic acid and chemical vitamin C, they are absorbed by no more than 5 %), there is a lot of it in sauerkraut and fresh cabbage, in frozen berries. By the way, cabbage (fresh or sauerkraut) can also be added to this recipe instead of pumpkin (although it contains a lot of vitamin A).

Please write where you can buy milk? Was in 3 Auchan and 3 5k. There is no place for her. And I really want to try.
Elena Tim
I, too, did not come across in Ashan. I looked yesterday.

I took "Teply Stan" and "Marfino" in the department of frozen fish in Auchan, completely without restrictions. And I also saw fish in tents in the markets. But I don't take less than 3-4 packs - it shatters instantly. I will make other recipes with milk, too, very tasty.
Aenta
Linadoc, Thank you ! They brought it to our Auchan, bought it today. I will try to make your recipe.
Linadoc
To your health and bon appetit!

Linadoc, I forgot to ask, in what bowl are you doing?

Damn it, I threw everything in shiny.
Linadoc
Do not worry! For the first time I also did it in stainless steel - nothing special happened. Maybe in 1-2 places it is slightly stuck. I then poured water for 20 minutes, scrubbed with a brush - and as good as new. I'm making another recipe now, I'll publish it in a couple of hours.

A red fish is just coming, my husband catches. I brought today a large package of milk and salmon bellies. here's a little guy now working on rice with milk
Florichka
I bought very fresh milk yesterday and made this tasty treat. I liked it very much, and given the usefulness of the product, which Lina-doctor kindly spoke about, it is necessary to use milk more often.
Tumanchik
Damn, and I was searched in Minsk. Mom says that they have (75 km from Minsk), but we have not seen it anywhere. It's a shame. I've been looking for the recipe ever since.
Florichka
And I bought such pink fresh ones for 160 rubles per kg. I still have to buy. It turns out straight casserole.
Linadoc
Irina, yeah, delicious and simple! Do girls!

There are so many useful things in one dish, I wanted to cook.
for this recipe it is better to take brown rice.
Brown rice - This is the same rice that we constantly eat, but processed in a slightly different way.
- Brown rice is included in the list of 17 healthiest foods. And it is in 4th place in terms of usefulness of all cereals.

- During processing, brown rice is peeled only from the husk, while most of the bran remains intact. Thanks to this, much more nutrients are stored in brown rice.
- Brown rice is not grinded or polished to preserve the bran shell. It is this shell that gives the rice a brownish brownish color.
- Brown rice is highly nutritious. 100 g of rice contains 300 kcal. Therefore, even a small amount of rice is enough to satisfy hunger.
- Brown rice contains a lot of carbohydrates, proteins and unsaturated fatty acids. It also contains organic acids and dietary fiber.
- Many nutritionists consider brown rice to be the most versatile product known today. And in the countries of the East, brown rice is the basis of many health-improving nutrition systems and is even used as a product for a mono-diet. This mono-diet can last from 3 to 7 days.
- Brown rice contains such a unique substance as gamma-oryzanol (rice bran oil), which reduces the risk of plaque deposits on the walls of blood vessels, and is also a source of vitamins, minerals and trace elements necessary for the functioning of the brain.
- The protein composition of brown rice contains much more amino acids than the usual white rice. Also in large quantities in brown (brown) rice contains boron, fluorine, nickel, chlorine, magnesium, iodine, potassium, phosphorus, sulfur, calcium, iron, zinc, silicon, aluminum, cobalt, selenium, molybdenum, copper, vanadium. There are also vitamins in brown rice. These are mainly vitamins of group B, E and PP.
- Fasting days on brown rice can help relieve puffiness and put in order the body's water balance.
- Brown rice normalizes blood pressure and improves kidney function. Unlike common grains such as wheat, barley, oats or rye, rice does not contain gluten, which causes allergic reactions in many people.
- Brown rice goes well with mushrooms, nuts, seafood, as well as legumes and soy products.
- To cook brown rice, it takes longer to cook than regular rice.

Long grain rice is versatile and is used in the preparation of various dishes of European and Oriental cuisine.
Its grains are thin, long. This makes an excellent crumbly side dish for fish and meat, since the grains do not stick together during cooking.
- I read on one site "brown rice is better not to wash." I did not find any confirmation, I will wash it.

Brown long-grain rice - sold in Auchan / Metro? Or search the Internet?

dill - 2 tbsp. l.
Dried? Or seeds?

Fennel seed (anise) - sprinkle with seeds? Or crush in a mortar?
In your other fish recipe - crush in a mortar.

Beat the water, eggs and cream with a fork
To what extent should you beat? An important point! You can, after all, in the kitchen machine, beat until it does not pour out when turning ...
How is it correct?
Thank you
Linadoc

Dill can be dried or seeds. If with seeds, then it is better to crush a little in a mortar together with fennel seeds.

Introduce the eggs one at a time, beating with a fork. No foam needed, just mix well.

Soy sauce is not “friendly” with carrots. I do not recommend replacing the pumpkin with carrots.
