Ingredients

eggs 4 things.
cream 20% 1 tbsp. l.
sesame 1 tbsp. l
salt taste
nori leaf size for the width of the pan
butter or vegetable oil grease the pan

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs in a fluffy foam with cream, salt and sesame seeds. Grease the pan, heat, pour half of the mixture and distribute evenly over the pan. When the eggs have set slightly, place a nori leaf on top.
