Vegetable casserole with mushrooms and minced meat on Porridge mode (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

Potatoes (net) 600-650 g
Mixed minced meat
frozen 300 g
Young zucchini 250 g
Carrot 1/2 pcs. (50 g)
Champignon 150-170 g
Poshekhonsky cheese 120 g
Dried basil taste
Fine salt taste
Water 3 + 3 st. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Seasoning for minced meat taste

Cooking method

  • The value of this recipe, in my opinion, is that the dish is cooked in 35 minutes, thanks to the set of pressure. The minced meat gives a special taste, which I do not defrost, but I add in cubes.
  • Usually, in a multicooker / pressure cooker, such puff casseroles are cooked for a long time on the "Pastry". I used to do this when I made such a casserole in Brand's multicooker.
  • But I really wanted to speed up the cooking somehow. I decided to use the "Porridge" mode in the pressure cooker. Everything turned out the way I wanted! The pressure built up - the dish cooked quickly. The layers did not disintegrate (thanks to the "glue" cheese). It turned out not only tasty and satisfying, but also beautiful.
  • Try it yourself.
  • Preparation:
  • Minced meat, without defrosting, sprinkle with minced meat seasoning and salt (1/4 teaspoon). Let sit for 10 minutes, then cut into cubes (squares) about 3x3 cm

  • Peel the vegetables, free the mushrooms from the skin.
  • Cut potatoes and carrots into thin slices, mushrooms and zucchini - thicker. (I did all the slicing on a Berner grater.)

  • Cut a piece of foil off and place it in the pot of the pressure cooker with the edges up. Pour vegetable oil at the bottom. Spread it evenly all over the bottom.

  • Pull back the edge of the foil and pour in 3 tbsp. l. spoons of water so that it gets under the foil (to the bottom of the pan).
  • Another 3 tbsp. l. pour on the side of the casserole. (Water is needed for the CB to build up pressure.)
  • Close the cover and valve.
  • Please select program "Porridge", pressure - 3, time - 30 minutes.
  • 10 minutes after the countdown appears, you will hear the pressure cooker build up pressure.
  • After the beep, hold the casserole 5 minutes on "Heating". Then release the pressure.
  • Open the lid. Remove the casserole dish from the appliance. Let stand for another 5 minutes to seal.

Note

Puff casseroles are a delicious dish. By changing the composition of the ingredients, the proportions can be obtained each time a different taste.
For this puff, accuracy in proportions is also not important. You can remove unloved vegetables by replacing them with others.
You can also increase the amount of cheese. But I wanted to avoid the extra calories.Even with such a relatively small amount of cheese, the layers of the casserole did not fall apart.

Lenochka, now I understand why you add water to the casseroles. This means that when baking in the oven, it really is not needed! And I made the cauliflower casserole according to your recipe right! Today, by the way, they finished eating it - it became even tastier!
Thank you for the new recipe, I will definitely try and report back!

Galina, thanks for your attention to my recipes. It is very nice. Your opinion is important to me, I appreciate all the impressions and comments.
Indeed, I did not take into account that I should warn you that you do not need to add water at all for the oven. In a pressure cooker, on the other hand, it builds up pressure (which I usually do to speed up the preparation of many dishes.).
I would be glad to have a new "report" !!!
