Spicy marinated fish (in a multicooker Polaris 0517 AD

Ingredients

Fish (fillet) of cod 1 kg
Carrot 0.5KG
Bulb onions 0.5KG
Peeled tomatoes in their own juice 3 pcs.
Tomato juice 200 ml.
Table vinegar 1 table. the spoon
Allspice peas 3-5 pcs.
Ground black pepper 1 pinch
Bay leaf 2 pcs.
Carnation 3-5 pcs.
Salt 0.5 tsp
Sugar 0.5 tbsp. l.
Meat broth (any) 1 multi-glass
Vegetable oil 3 tablespoons
Flour 3 tablespoons

Cooking method

  • Wash fish fillets, dry, cut in portions. Rub with salt and pepper. Pour flour into a bowl. Turn on the multicooker to the Fry mode. The default is 30 minutes. Throw a spoonful of butter into the multicooker and, pouring the fish pieces in flour, send them to the multicooker. I got 2 approaches. We put the pieces immediately into a beautiful container, I have a heat-resistant glass pan. We leave the fish to cool, as according to the recipe we pour the already cooled fish with marinade.
  • While the fish is fried, we take out the shredder. I have a Burner. Shred carrots with medium sticks, onions - in half rings. We set the tray with vegetables to the side.
  • Then grind the tomatoes together with the juice with a blender into a homogeneous mass. It can be replaced with tomato paste (it is recommended in the recipe), but I did it this way and did not regret it. Again, natural products - they are natural in Africa).
  • During this time, the fish is overcooked, the program is over. Pour 1 tbsp oil into the multicooker pan. l., lay out the vegetables and turn on the Stewing mode, in which we simmer the vegetables separately for 20 minutes, then pour in the tomato mixture, stand for 10 minutes, then salt, pepper a little, add sugar. Then add the broth (water can be used) and spices and simmer until the vegetables are ready. At the end, put the vinegar, stir, heat up, turn off the program.
  • Pour the fish with warm marinade, leave to soak for 2 hours.

Similar dishes are already on the site. But for my favorite multicooker, I did not find it. I have been preparing this dish for a long time, it is very convenient for a feast, as you can cook in advance. After a day or two, it only becomes tastier.
Py. sy. This is my first recipe on my favorite site!

Then with the first post, Loya!
And I'll take the recipe, because I have a lot of cod

Thank you very much for your feedback !!! In fact, you can cook any fish like that. somehow I did the river, though I have to spit from the bones. And with a bang I did the first time also did not separate the bones. Delicious. And for those who are on a diet, it is absolutely necessary. Only smaller sugar should be put in and the flour should be replaced with oatmeal ground on a coffee grinder.

Mmmmmmmmmm. delicious .. I have done and do often such a fish. Only I put the fish myself after cooking the marinade in a saucepan. Layer the fish with a layer of marinade. And I put on extinguishing. Even for the full program, I put it on and left. It turns out magically delicious. And the fish does not fall apart for all that! Only for speed I fried the fish straight for several minutes over high heat in a frying pan, and stewed the marinade at that time in a cartoon.
Loya
Moskvichk @.. at first I also wanted to do the components at the same time. But for some reason, the recipe says that the fish should cool down. I'll try your version too! The hassle is definitely less!

I also want to cook fish in a multicooker, but the multicooker does not smell of fish and how do you get rid of it?
Loya
Thanks for the feedback on the recipe! The main odor problem is the multicooker lid. Mine has a removable protection. In addition, the Fry mode involves frying with the lid open. But still, if the smell remains, or you are sensitive to the smell of fish, then when preparing the marinade and adding vinegar, the fishy smell will definitely not remain. There will be a pleasant spicy - vegetable smell. And not only in a multicooker And so from any smell you can carefully wipe the lid with a damp clean cloth or paper napkin. And leave the MV cover open overnight. There will be no smells.

Loyathanks for the recipe
I made a fish, but went the other way ... I only slightly fried the fish (not until cooked,) and then put it on a pillow of vegetables fried in MV and brought everything together until cooked on the program with milk porridge. For some reason, she did not want to stew, the program turned off.

Apparently, this program is sensory. turns off when there is a lack of fluid. All the same, I insist on cooking on my version: first fry, then prepare the marinade, then pour it. Our marinade is vinegar, it is not recommended to boil it (vinegar). And without vinegar, the fish will lose its piquant spice. Photo appetizing

Loya, I do not insist on my own cooking option, it was just easier and faster for me at that moment. I will do it for comparison and exactly according to the recipe, it will be possible to compare. And you don't need to boil vinegar, you can add it at the very last moment, and leave the fish to brew in the switched off MV
Loya
I'm glad that my recipe pushed you to experiment!

Loya, I am mastering the multicooker. Thanks for the help. I made a hake, I liked it. I will repeat, just grate carrots on a grater.
But the fish is not visible
