Honey cake (pressure cooker Polaris 0305)

Ingredients

Black coffee (instant or ground) 2 tsp
Boiling water 190 ml
Eggs 5 pieces.
Sugar 1-1.5 tbsp.
Honey 3-5 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil (refined) 1/2 tbsp.
Flour 2 tbsp.
Soda 1 tsp
Citric acid (powder) 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • I often bake this honey cake. It always turns out tall and tasty. Cut into cakes and coat with any cream. It turns out very tasty. I advise.
  • Preparation:
  • - Pour boiling water over the coffee. We cool it down.
  • - Separate the whites from the yolks. Beat the whites until a stable foam forms, gradually add half the amount of sugar to them.
  • - In a separate bowl, mix the yolks, the rest of the sugar, coffee, honey, vegetable oil. .. beat the mixture well with a mixer. Add soda and citric acid to the sifted flour. Gradually add flour to the liquid mixture. Stir thoroughly ... even beat a little with a mixer. In the resulting mixture, carefully, manually stirring in with a silicone spatula or a whisk, add the whipped proteins ... first 1/4 of the proteins (... mix in ...), then the rest (... mix in again ...).
  • - Grease the saucepan with margarine, put the mixture in a mold and bake. Leave to cool without opening for 20-30 minutes. (Baking, pressure 1, time 1 hour 55 minutes).

Time for preparing:

1 hour 55 minutes.

BAKERY PRODUCTS

Note

Afterword:
- I sift the flour to enrich it with oxygen;
- if you are too lazy to mess around with the cream, I just beat the sour cream with sugar;
- about honey ... if liquid, then 5 tbsp. l .... if thick (sugared), then 3 tbsp. l .;
- faceted glasses in the recipe;
- the baking time can be reduced by 10-15 minutes, so that the bottom is paler, but then you will have to keep it on heating for about 25-30 minutes;
- here's another ... in the original recipe, the baking time is 65 minutes, so look at the cake ... after this time, the cake just rose and the walls grabbed, and the middle was just liquid ... I added another 40 minutes - it was baked, but in the middle there was a tiny little island, half-alive, here you could either hold it on the heating ... or bake it for 10 minutes ... I finished it;

... and a photo for size comparison ...

Olesya, the temperature on the BAKERY is 120 degrees ... my opinion ... it's high and rich ... that's why it takes a long time.

olga4166, and in an ordinary multicooker it is possible to bake such beauty? I'd like to ...

Tatyana, on baking, our pressure cooker is no different from a multicooker, it bakes without pressure ... so bake it calmly ... I also used to bake in a multicooker while there was no pressure cooker.

Thank you, right on Saturday and bake! ..

It is baked and not sticky ... it is immediately obvious that it is baked ... it becomes porous.

The cake is gorgeous !!! I baked yesterday, I had only 2 eggs (I can imagine as with 5 !!!!), I beat them with a glass of sugar in cream. It turned out chic !! smeared sour cream with sugar and orange jam (unsuccessful, cooked in HP, it turned out to be watery). My daughter took her to work and left a piece at home.

I am very glad that I liked it. And what was the height ... although on 2 eggs, I think, not very high. But still?

Olga, thanks for the recipe.When I opened the MV I didn't believe the biscuit rose almost to the top of the saucepan ... The bake in a Panasonic baking dish first set 65 minutes (because I didn't know what time to set it), at the end of the time I was afraid to open it. Doubt not for long, slowly opened it, RAW, set it for another 55 minutes. I barely waited until the end of baking, then it was still cooling down .... And about MIRACLE I did not drop a bit, baked wonderful, height 9 cm. No photo, everyone knew it !!!
olga4166
Lily, well done! 9 cm - cool! 🔗

Why is it so dark? ... How did you cut it on cakes? (I just can't do it). What did you smear with?
Handsome, in short!

Thank you! Dark can be from coffee (I brewed natural teramisu with taste, we don't drink it).Although even when I bake another honey cake, it never happens to be light. I cut it with a knife, though it is thin and long ... I smeared it with whipped cream.

Olga thanks for the fat girl!
It turned out just unusually tall and gentle. I cut it into 6 cakes and today I made two cakes. It just melts in your mouth.
With your light hand, I believed that baking in the field is obtained if the recipe is so accurately given with a bang!
olga4166
Zhenya, I am very glad that everything worked out!

my hand is really light ....)))

You mean cake? I don't know ... the missed cake lay in the refrigerator for 4 days .... well, while we ate. So the cake is about 5-6 days ... I think so. What?
Vitka
I want to cook in advance for the DN, because on the last day there will be a lot of trouble. By the way, you have a good forum, I have been coming here for a long time, but I just recently registered

You set the maximum time ... the time is up, the program is over, Fields squeaked .... you come up, cancel the heating and set the remaining time. Good luck!

It seems to me that with time the confusion came out
1h55min is 115 minutes, the maximum value on baked goods for Polaris 0305 is 120. this is not an hour twenty
just because there you can select 75,80,85, etc. in increments of 5 to 120
Z. Y, by the way, the time is set "in a circle", that is, it is initially set to 30, and by pressing the minus it turns out immediately 120))

Olya, thanks for the recipe. Today I baked urgently for the arrival of guests. I used half of the norm, baked for half an hour in an electric frying pan Miracle. Very tasty, light biscuit, coffee, honey gave a beautiful color to the cake, and the taste of coffee was not felt, and thank God, otherwise the children would not have taken it in their mouths, but they devoured everything at once. Decorated with condensed milk and nuts. There is nothing to take pictures Thank you, the guests liked it

Gulya, I am very glad that I liked it! There is absolutely no coffee in it ... I agree. And what height?
Sindi
Turned out high, 5 cm high. This is despite the fact that it baked in Miracle, and there is the volume of th. And half the norm. I specifically did not take the full rate, because there was no time to make the cream))

There will be no pressure at all.I generally remove the valve so that condensate does not drip from the lid. Do not remove the lid during baking.
