I will briefly describe the process of making pancakes in a small pancake maker without a temperature regulator.

Everything is fine - it turns on and off itself, there is no risk of overheating.

There is a feature - uneven heating. Pancakes are baked, but unevenly.
Crepe maker Brand 351, crepe maker Brand 352 (reviews and discussion)
Baking with a stick - the stick must be moistened with water, the dough is poured onto the surface, the stick is placed in the center and spun with your fingers - the dough will spread over the entire surface.

For its price, it is quite a decent device!

Yesterday my husband took back the Smail pancake maker, and it was decided to take another Brand instead, of course, a big one. Since everyone who tried the pancakes did not believe that it was from the same dough. Well the earth and the sky. It is a pity that Shrovetide ends.

Sour cream pancakes, very tasty.

2 eggs, 2 tbsp. l. sour cream, 1 tbsp. l. sugar, a little salt - mix. Pour in 1 glass of milk + 1 glass of water (warm). Add 2 tbsp flour and 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. The dough is liquid.
SchuMakher
I baked 75 pieces on it last night! Oh how!
Manna
Wow! You were talking about 50 ... What, someone else asked for pancakes, right?

And the guide is all good, I ask you ??? If only she showed half the glass, Schaub here all choked with envy ... pancakes.

Mann, Duc I'm with the dough a little of this ... I had to bake until it was over ...

Cheesecakes.
The cottage cheese was liquid, so the dough turned out to be liquid. I put it on a dry pancake maker with a spoon. Baking for 1 under the lid.

I was also tempted by semolina pancakes ...
But she did it a little differently ...
Brand 351. Semolina pancakes without eggs on kefir
Crepe maker Brand 351, crepe maker Brand 352 (reviews and discussion)
3 tbsp. l. semolina poured kefir to the state of a thin semolina. I left it on for 30 minutes. She mixed in 2 tbsp. l. sugar, 3 tbsp. l. wheat flour, 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil. I kneaded the dough. It turned out like thick pancakes. Diluted with hot water to the desired consistency.

Baked at "2". Bakes with a small diameter so that you can easily turn them over - they are very delicate.

Still, I prefer to bake pancakes on an oiled surface (wipe with an oil napkin). For comparison ... in the first photo there are two pancakes: the one that is paler, baked on a greased surface, the one that is browned, baked next without wiping the pancake maker with oil. In the second, the surface is smoother, in the first - into a light hole. Even on a dry surface, pancakes swell more and do not bake evenly under these bubbles. I won't experiment with butter anymore - before each pancake I will wipe the surface of the pancake maker with an oil napkin.
To exhibit a recipe? Or is that enough?

Ol, I already wrote about this feature ... .. Pancakes / pancakes are not baked in the place where the button is located. more accurately they are baked, but much weaker / slower than the rest of the pancake.
This is due to the fact that the on / off button does not overheat - apparently in this place the ten is assigned a little further ..

By the way, girls, those who have model 351 I give you another "topic for thought" (how else can you use this pancake maker) - it is great for baking cake cakes ...
Today I made a "milk girl" - but because of uneven baking, one cake turned out badly for me, BUT it turned out (!) - for you, with a temperature controller, it will be even easier to do this ... .. try somebody - then please tell me how it goes!
Manna
Anyut, I baked a biscuit on a pancake maker. Quite good enough. But I liked the grill more. In the absence of a grill, of course, you can also bake on a crepe maker.
* Anyuta *
Manna, - Man, thank you for answering so quickly !!!

Admit it, for which cake did you make the cakes?
Manna
I'm not for the cake ... I'm trying it ... with fruit on top. I showed a little earlier. I make such shortbreads in the grill. And I do not make cakes, but triangular cakes

I saw it ... ManYu also advised you to try to turn it over ..
Manna
Yeah, yeah, just if for a cake, then it's better not to turn it over - so the impregnation will be better

Girls, tell me which pancake maker to choose so that it is without bee keepers?
I went to this topic what a devil! now it's lit up with another device!

Maria, and why without sides? They do not interfere apsalute, but they allow you to bake a perfectly round-even pancake

Eh, I won't try everything with a wand. This time, the pancakes grabbed very quickly, that the wand did not even try - it would still not have time with it.

I really like baking on this pancake maker! Temperature control is very convenient! And the toggle switch turned out to be very convenient for me - you don't need to pull the plug out of the socket every time ... especially on Shrovetide Crepe maker Brand 351, crepe maker Brand 352 (reviews and discussion)

They do not interfere with apsalute
without sides it is more convenient to pick up a pancake for turning, but without sides it is more difficult to keep the dough on a horizontal surface

MariV, Ol, I looked at your video, I have pancakes (ready-made) in the same way ... all "toasted" and only 1/5 light ..
MariV
Well, that's how she bakes. But the pancakes are not raw.

Hello everybody! I have a question. Does this unit take up a lot of parking space? And where is it stored in your kitchens?
MariV
Small - takes up very little space. Big - bigger - I have both stored in boxes, stand upright, a small box stands on top of a large one.
Manna
Tatyana, while my pancake maker (large - 351st) stands on top of the contact grill, taking up space only in height. Its diameter coincides with the diameter of the grill - approx. 33-35cm. And in height it is approx. 8cm.

I found an empty shelf under the kitchen ceiling! There this box fits perfectly ..

And I put it in the oven.
Manna
Well ... you can probably sum up some results ...

Crepe maker impression Brand 351 I have a positive one.

Diameter the very same one for the spring rolls.
Coating proved to be quite stable (of course, it's too early to talk about it - only a week of use, although several times a day) The coating does not stick - you can bake pancakes with a minimum amount of oil or without it at all
Pancake maker weight very small, comparable to a non-stick pancake pan. Therefore, it was easy for me, rotating the pancake maker, to distribute the dough over the surface without a special stick. This was important for me, because I did not dare to vase with this stick
It is very convenient that there is on / off toggle switch... You do not need to remove the plug from the socket.
Another very great advantage of this pancake maker is Temperature regulator , What allow use the pancake maker for broader purposesrather than baking pancakes. For example, I used this device and as a baking sheet for cookies, tortillas, cakes, puff envelopes, as a grill at maximum temperature. Due to availability small sides you can pour a little more oil and fry in oilwithout fear that it will flow. You can use this pancake maker and like a frying pan with a lid (in this case, you just need to be careful not to damage the cover with the cover).

Of the minuses, I can only name small beads on the coating and small depressions in the surface under the coating on my copy. But this drawback is noticed only at the first acquaintance with the device. Of course, it spoils the first impression a little. But in the process of operation, it is completely forgotten in the advantages and convenience of using this pancake maker. Crepe maker Brand 351, crepe maker Brand 352 (reviews and discussion)

On Saturday I was again frying cutlets ...
Crepe maker Brand 351, crepe maker Brand 352 (reviews and discussion)
As I thought - up to 7 cutlets can be easily placed at a time.
I overcooked 16 cutlets in 10 minutes ...
Well, then I sent them to the cartoon ..
Tatoshenka
Anh, I also fried cutlets, and then my husband came in and said, what you just can't think of, but I - no, it's not me, ento Anyuta.
I fried cutlets without oil, nothing stuck and there was no splash.
Elena Tim
Listen, girls! But I don’t understand choito. Isn't it easier to just fry the cutlets in a pan and put out a little under the lid? I always do that. Why so much stuff - a pancake maker and a cartoon ?! Toka chur with slippers is not kidTsa! I just asked, out of curiosity!
MariV
And easier and better, yes. And the pancakes are still in the pancake maker.

STE Anyuta.

Tatoshenka, Natasha, I also liked to fry the cutlets like that ... There really is no splashing, they are fried quickly! And then in the cartoon I had no more than 4-5 (depending on the size) it turned out, so they also fried these 4-5 pieces for 10 minutes on both sides .. and, as a rule, they fried in Dex. There seems to be more power than that of a pancake maker, but since the cutlets are located in the immediate vicinity of the heating element, they apparently fried much faster ..
Manna
In a frying pan you can, but hochetstsa use a new device And the vapsche ... here the diameter is much larger than the frying pan, so you can fry more cutlets in one tab - faster this way. And to wash ... well, if you fry in a frying pan, then you still have to shift the already fried cutlets somewhere, so that you can stew everything together, so you still have to wash the plate or whatever. In uttered

And it's not easier to just fry cutlets in a pan

I won't throw my slippers ...

I'll just answer - it's not easier for me, because I fry the cutlets only for a crust, then I steam them ... Since I need a crust and then I will have to fry in a pan without cover, then the whole stove will be in small splashes of oil ... And my stove is washed and closed with a lid!
That's why it's easier for me ...
Moreover, you don't need to wash the pancake maker - just wipe it with a napkin for 5 seconds, so it turns out that washing one pan is like 1 bowl from a multi ..
