Grilled coho salmon cutlets GF 150

Ingredients

Coho salmon (fillet) 600-700g
Onion 2 pcs
Mozzarella cheese) 70-100g
Salt, pepper to taste
Sour cream (fatter and thicker) 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • I love fish cakes very much, I love to wrap them in thin pita bread, add carrots and ... buzz ...
  • Coho salmon cutlets, since this is a versatile fish and cannot be called dry and oily.
  • I make the fillet myself from the carcass, since I simply have no desire to buy fillets in a huge ice coat.
  • I chopped the prepared fillet with chopper knives, add onion and cheese to the fillet through the chopper. Salt and pepper to taste, add sour cream, preferably thicker and fatter. Knead the minced meat thoroughly. This can be done in Kesh with a K-shaped nozzle, but I really like to beat the minced meat this way.
  • After all the manipulations, we form the cutlets. Preheat the grill at 240 degrees for 5 minutes. Put the cutlets and fry until tender for 8-10 minutes.
  • During cooking, I reduced the temperature to about 220 degrees.
